I love this video..I recently realized that my art can't truly come to life because I lack some of these tools you mentioned...like the kneaded eraser, charcoal rather than graphite..yk👏👏🖖‼️
You can try charcoal powder mixed with oil or water, it may take some experimenting to get the right consistency but it can work well and covers large areas quickly when applied with a brush.
Throw the Faber Castell kneaded eraser away and get yourself a Lyra Kneaded eraser!!! Faber Castell is very soft to hold it's shape for details and effects, also it smells. Lyra is hard, doesn't smell, has better ability to erase even the darkest and softest pencil marks! Lyra is the BEST by far. I threw 2 Faber Castell kneaded erasers, in the garbage after I tried the Lyra one!!

Do you use fixative to layer for getting rich blacks
I currently use the back side of the arches aquarelle hot pressed, do you have a preference between the front and back side?
Do you use texture side of your paper or smooth side?
Please make video of artists that inspired you
thats a great idea!
