This is INCREDIBLE! Do you know how to get good at chiptune? I’m currently experimenting with BeepBox, but I’m struggling.
@@ChansuoTsukama2 Well, There's certainly no one way to get good at chiptunes but, my main pointers would be this:
1. Listen to other chiptune music and stuff to get inspiration or learn things from
(I highly suggest Bulby, Loeder, FearofDark, and Bran, they make really awesome stuff)
2. Make a template based on one of the soundchips (In my newer stuff I usually go for a slightly expanded Konami VRC6 Chip template.)
3. practice makes perfect, Even with my stuff, If you compare this to my newer music there's a clear growth and thats just how music - or really anything for that matter - works, its not like you can just start out being perfect yk? so dont lose motivation 🙏
4. I would recommend switching to Ultrabox as opposed to Beepbox, Ultrabox is what I use and, has a lot more features and is getting updates still to this day!
Also, I may be uploading a video tutorial soon on my channel for how I make music so, look out for that as well!!

LMAO thank you - this is an older song of mine but - recently ive been using a program called Ultrabox to make my music and over the past 2 years pretty much ive been slowly learning more & more about chiptunes!
@@Baconcat008 Ultrabox as in the Beepbox mod? I’ve literally just started using it over Beepbox and it looks so much more complicated 😵💫

@@gatodripado9537 I actually think the way it works is really intuitive! to get more exact chiptune sounds, it'll take a little bit of work, but once you get used to it it's really really fun to use! And also, I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure there is a downloadable version in the bottom of the site, but that might just be for different versions I'm not sure I haven't tried it before
Also, now I use a program called ultra box instead of jummbox which is even better! because it has all of the features from all of the different mods, along with a few more features like custom samples and stuff!
