Whether he is or isn't being cynical. I respect his comment as well as the rights of my fellow St. Louisans when or if they wanted to be recorded. Unfortunately, I couldn't pause the camera because I couldn't see the display, as a result of the sun behind me and the gimbal overheating. 😔
