My car made that same noise after I blew my EFI 2 fuse however my fuse blew due to short to ground. I’m still working on locating the wire. However I never had the loss of power you described. My car will simply blow the fuse and shut off when going over hard bumps.

Mine does has the same problem but the fuel pump has no power? Any feedback would help…
