Facing the same issue. Have you got any solution for this? Actually I tried uploading ecoe before passport and it did get upload and when I tried uploading passport after that, its showing the same error, SO I THINK ITS THEIR PORTAL ISSUE WHERE WE ARE UNABLE TO UPLOAD TWO DOCS.

Yup, try to fit your laptop and documents in a laptop sleeve rather than a whole different bag. Even if it becomes bulky, I will still recommend a laptop sleeve as in retrospect, it’ll just be one bag of 7 kg and a laptop sleeve. Will save you from any trouble. @ and I’ve one more doubt at the layover in Kuala Lumpur my layover time is 12+ hours will I get my whole luggage back, I mean the checked in baggage. And and in Kuala Lumpur again the staff will weigh the luggage? And is the baggage checking to strict?

Hi, you don’t have to pay to sign up for MH Explorer. It is technically a helpful initiative for students. If you are talking about your ticket, then, try changing the currency in your settings, that generally helps me out. Also, try incognito tab. Let me know if neither of those things do anything.

Bro, it really depends on your luck. One thing is for sure that they’ll always ask you to put it on the weighing scale but it then depends on the representative and if he/she lets you go if you’re overweight. Otherwise, they might ask you to shift some luggage to your check in bag. One thing that you can do is that get a suitcase but of the size of your cabin bag - that can be 7kg and on top of that, you can take your laptop and a couple of other things in a tote bag or some easy travel bag. That way, you can take more and still stay within the rules.

Hi anshul I'm travelling to kuala Lumpur and my baggage allowance is 45 kg , my question is that can I carry 45 kg weight in 2 bags or it should be in only 1 bag ?
If you are carrying 2 bags make sure that each bag is not above 23kg. So basically you can carry 23kg and 22kg bags. I confirmed this with the Malaysia airport customer support.

7 kg in total, malaysia airlines is pretty flexible with it so you won't have to worry too much!
Your laptop bag and carry on bag can be separate but together they should weigh up to 7kg in total

What if it exceeds 2 cm more, expected cabin baggage dimension is 115 cm and mine is 117 cm . Is there a possibility they will charge for that?

Hello hello, yes, you can carry 45kg in 2 bags :) They're really flexible with the same as well, really good airlines!
