Good video I waited over a MTh for mine , then had to wait for the stabilizer finally got her to the field real nice lift level at 35' she bank hard left and noise dived, said that's not good repaired it and all the controls started going nuts, decided to reset by the book and rebounded it and set the orientation said ok unplug it reconnect still no good put the 631 receiver that came with the plane on the Spektrum programmer show it as 636 receiver and model as a Messerschmitt Bf109, finally got it clear out and reset to show 631 receiver no idea how they did that at E-flite, All controls seem to be working now, waiting for good weather to try again hope it works, check you receiver for right program in it sorry for long letter might help someone else. Most all P-47 track very well on the ground but when your dealing with cross winds you gotta work that rudder better when your tail has dropped so i usually give it forward stick after landing to keep that tail up as long as possible but once its pinned to the ground thow full uo elevator and start steering with the rudder immediately

I have a tendency to completely chop power once it starts heading for the curb - no prop wash = not much steering
@@MarksAultimateRC Yeah i hear ya especially with all the weight toward the nose of the warbird plane makes them really squrrilly
Great to see that young girl attempting to learn fixed wing aircraft that actually requires some hand eye cordination skills.
Don't see this every day, which is why I had to post this video. Have to be willing to encourage and help anyone that is interested in this hobby.
@@MarksAultimateRC Absolutely keep the hobby alive n well with the younger pilots. I always incourage kids to try flying fixed wing aircraft.
