I tried this but the starch made shiny patches on the fabric. Any thoughts? ❤

This is where you can use iron on interfacing. Use the cheapest one you can find and follow the instructions for ironing on. Each manufacturer has different adhesives and expectations for timing with the iron.

I tried this, but while it dried my materials became wrinkly. I tried to iron it, but then some small paper lines were visible through the fabric, because the fabric was dark. Any idea why that happened?

How do you spell the name of the paper used? Is it Washi Paper or Shoji Paper? Thanks in advance :)

Hi Mara, thanks for the comment. The paper I used is called Hosho paper.

Hi nuvoclassic, I'm always trying to improve my sound levels (unfortunately you can't change the sound on a video once it's uploaded). This one sounds fine on my computer and phone, but I understand that some other systems and setups can sometimes sound different, and it's a challenging thing to account for! I've been gradually going through my existing videos and editing the closed captions, and I've just done that for this one, so you can always turn those on if you can't clearly hear something I've said. Cheers.
