Most of the death and mayhem was really on Doug this time, rather than Twitch chat. Unlike Cities: Skylines, you can't just throw down some zoning and have things function passably, and Doug didn't really know how to play the game. People would have had to carefully instruct him step by step to keep any of the animals alive. Every CEO was doomed to fail.

I saw her kneeling over the water pool with our tortoise in hand and the water turtle sitting in the corner with his webbed feet, looking on lol. Thank god she didnt just put the tortoise in and instead called someone haha, poor guy was flailing his little feet trying to get away in the air - thankfully nothing happened but yeah some people don't notice the difference between the sleek, shiny and webbed water turtles and the big fella tortoises

Sometimes he watches and knows, sometimes he doesn't watch and go in blind. For these reaction videos, I believe he doesn't watch them on purpose. I am sure Parkzer is aware when Doug is Streaming to make him readily able to pick up the phone.
I imagine Doug asked him ahead of time so he'd have time to react to the park. Otherwise he might be busy. So that way he'd also know not to watch the stream so he could react to it blind.
I don't know for sure but that's just what I assumed, it's more funny that way imo

What I love more about the VODs is that you're able to see the mini funny moments that aren't good enough to stay in the actual RUclips video. For example:
7:56 When Doug was decorating one of the otter exhibits, he found a really really huge temple or colosseum or something along those lines, but it was locked in a DLC that he didn't have. This made chat complain to Doug to buy the DLC for Rosa, so that they could get the cool temple.
9:18 Neither Doug nor any of the mayors ever realized that they Galapagos Tortoises and not Turtles, and Tortoises can't swim, because they're the land only version of turtles.
11:01 Around this time, Doug "accidentally" leaked the DougMug, which as it sounds, is a type of DougDoug merch not yet available that is, well a mug. Although many people in chat suspected that he leaked it on purpose for advertisement.

Like of all aspects of this zoo, i wasnt expecting the fact the CEOs caged all the animals together to be the least egregious part.
I love these videos because of how halirious twich chat is. One fourth of twitch chat feels like they're gamers that are having a great day, while everyone else feels like they're all up at three am and chugged four monster energies; they're choatic and shit all over their keyboards to decide what order to give next, laughing hysterically. Its haliarious and its some of my favorite content on this platform.
