    Being a coffee lover and only "discovering" Turkish Coffee at 47 makes me question all the supposed "advantages" of being born an American...

      Haha. It's okay. Turkish coffee is still quite under the radar globally. But let me stake my bet: it's going to be the next espresso!

    Turkish coffee = roasting + grinding + brewing coffee.Turkish coffee is the first. So pretty much every coffee in the world is variation of Turkish coffee.

    Turkish grind is the way to go, that is if you are a true coffee connoisseur. Purchased a new Sozen hand grinder and love it, no more worries about not being able to use electric grinder during power failure. I still prefer to make my coffee in my favourite Bialetti pot.

    I would like to clarify that not every manual coffee grinder is capable of grinding coffee for a cezve

    Who says that one should use light roast for this brewing method? Seems strange too me, I love it dark (and medium sweet)

    No Turkish coffee or greek coffee.....ONLY TURKISH COFFEE IN THE WORLD. The whole world learned about coffee from the Turks.
