Hi Daniel looks like you enjoyed the R9150 I was part of the Liebherr team that assembled both of the machines when they arrived. They are a beautiful machine both to operate and to work with
I think this video was already made, unlike Ashville Weekly thats done at the weekend. You can tell the 'standalone' videos don't get half as many views so if he wants to keep paying his video staff he really has to continue Weekly.
ALL large machines carrying out this type of work have a shorter dipper arm, this increases the power as this type of machine is designed for maximum digging power, not reach...
Great to see you in good spirits. It's such a blessing that your clear passion for your industry opens up opportunities to work with all these brands. You are an inspiration.
It is a ME dipper. (Mass Excavation in Caterpillar machines) A short dipper gives more power than a long one, and is all that is needed if the digger is on the bench loading below, also gives faster cycle times.
Great review, everyone loves big machines! If I may, a couple of tips for your drone pilot/operator.... no need to fly solo with something so big and so slow ( you came close to losing the drone on one occasion, but that was because you were screen flying). You could have just set the drone up to orbit at a set distance and altitude, that way all you had to do was move the camera or adjust the height, direction and speed as it did the orbit...makes for a much smoother shot, especially when you have the time and space to do it. 👏👍
We use Lime Powder at Nissan Sunderland in the new Emissions compliant Paint Shop! A series of 56 rotary lime drums underneath the primer, basecoat and clearcoat booths catch all the overspray via a negative pressure down draft and the dirty lime gets evacuated into big a 70 tonne silo (Mounted on a mezzanine floor, 6-7m up outside. The top of the 70 tonne silo is 17.9m from ground level!) This replaces a traditional Wet Floor system commonly found in spraying plants/booths!
i think they solved the second line reach issue recently by moving the piles to another place (clearing the trackside space) so the LH360 can operate from ground level thus reaching the second line (see 13:05)
Hello mate I'm from Malaysia and im an excavator operator.Nice to see you and your video operating such a huge beast machine.I'm working in the quarry too and the largest excavator I'd ever operated is the Doosan DX700LC and the Hyundai R800LC-9 excavator. Now both excavators were under maintenance and I operated the Hyundai R-3000LC-7 breaker excavator (previous version) and the Hyundai R520LC-9s excavator.Big wave to you in UK from your commonwealth brothers and sister in Malaysia! I hope someday any excavation organisation from commonwealth countries will establish one commonwealth excavator operators association and together we exchange ideas on how to work in construction site using excavators!
Just reading my copy of connect from liebherr and noticed a happy chap standing in front of an LH60, and a nice 4 page spread about one of my favourite RUclipsrs. Looking good 👍 Daniel
it sounds cool but actually it gets boring pretty quick because when you are loading trucks every day it gets lame because you are doing the same moves over and over
Sorry to hear about the Drive fault. Keep safe, keep humble and keep doing what your doing for as long as you continue to enjoy it and the exposure it brings your company. Top company. Top guy
That is awesome! What a machine! It would be cool to see the process of material being loaded and the journey it takes on a train to be delivered to the Yard.
I personally like more working on smaller diggers, the larger they get the slower they get, i started many years ago working on a 3 ton Komatsu excavator and it was awesome machine, then i started to go up in 25-30 ton machines, they are alright but slower. Last 10 years i've been working on cranes, they are fun to work on too...
Fantastic video mate. The workings and machinery of the quarry were explained very well. I work in a quarry digging out the rock for crushing and love it. Great channel im subscribed 👍
Big machine. It is very interesting machine. Your skills not too bad as operator for that size machine. Thank you for continuing with the channel despite the challenges and setback your face. Entrepreneurship is not easy. Respect bro 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
You forgot to mention the lead time to take possession after purchase... It would be at least 3 years! Great video and thank goodness you didn't lose this footage!
Daniel & team another great video. Good to see you up & hopefully running again. As the machine has been used, second had you mite get it for under a million plus delivery
I'm so Happy that you didn't LOSE this footage after what went wrong with the Big money hard drive and CPU. Lot of RUclipsrs just record everything on there phones and never have a problem. It's just better to keep it simply like all the new trucks that keep braking down while the older trucks just keep working because they are not full of computer Chip's.
Wow - Best ever video I came across. Video quality is good and oh my word the way you take us through this entire machine on a quick tour. Very processional done. Can't imagine I came across your videos only now. Keep up with the good work. 👏🏽👏🏽🇿🇦
Go Retro, We have a Drag-line and Face Shovel at Rocks by Rail. Smaller than this, but good fun. You can also sit in the cab of a Ransome & Rapier W1400 DRagline (Sadly the rest of it was scrapped), but you could drive a scale model of it.
Excellent content! I have to say though you seemed a little slow on the machine Daniel, maybe next time you should bring Flo with you so he can really give the machine a test drive 😂😜😉
Fantastic…. Been waiting forever for this…..!! Fantastic info!! Love this!! Strange bucket but but ideal for application I guess!!! Would have liked to seen you load a dump truck Dan!! Can you drive a bigger/massive loading shovel?? And jib/dipper arms are shorter for Mass excavation-bigger breakout force 🤔😁
Nice idea. Maybe the next review could be of the quarry operation where Ashville gets it's aggregate from quarrying, loading and transportation to your yard of such large tonnage?
I love seeing those machines at work , but it puts into perspective how tall you are. I’ve seen a lot of machines like that in the mining industry, they are no joke. I bet you were like a kid in a candy store when you were there.
biggest machine ive ever driven is an L190 volvo shovel. i could easily get 10 tonne of sand in the bucket and load a 4 wheeler in one scoop. we used to get bomb disposal sometimes turn up to destroy old ww2 ordinance that would turn up in ocean dredged material we were grading. it was fun helping them by dropping a few tonnes of sand on top of an old missile and watching them blow it sky high. i miss them days.
Good job I don’t have 1.5mil laying around or id be impulse buying one of these for my garden 😂
If that fits in your garden you probably have 1.5mil
Darren Quarterman It ain’t even that big.
This is the size of my garden
@@darrenquarterman2611 I don’t think it would, but I’d try my best to fit it in there 😂
@@Middleman-slider have it sit out in the street.

Ooh an Ashville treat. So glad this footage wasn't lost
In memory of the late salesman the owner of the quarry put the initials DB on the machine . Hats off to you sir
So good to see that hardrive hasn't defeated you and your still bringing your loyal subscribers great content to watch
literally what i was thinking

Oh you must be in construction? Or are you just a google scholar?
That’s true❤️❤️
Ok

Thankfully this footage wasn't lost Daniel. Hopefully the basement salvage project is safe to. Keep it up mate. 👍
I hope the salvage project is safe as well, I know he has been filming that video for a while
Great to see you in good spirits. It's such a blessing that your clear passion for your industry opens up opportunities to work with all these brands. You are an inspiration.
Would love to see you come to Oz and review some of the huge machines they use to mine in Old and WA!
Great Vid Dan + team, thank you.

Cool story bro
Digger operator skills: 3/10.
Camera operator skills: 10/10.
Video quality: 10/10
Keep up the good work mate.

This guy has one of the coolest jobs ever

That quarry is one of our customers for maintenance equipment e.g Strimmers, blowers, disc saws etc. Great people to deal with.
You should make a RUclips channel on this. Sounds like something I would watch.
Daniel is the best advertisement for Liebherr.
the way he keeps me so interested with his passion in his voice is outstanding
Great to see a happy Daniel. Very slick presentation, well done.

Looks like a lot of fun!
Love to see some day in the life of your staff, drivers, admin and sales
You should speak to the Royal engineers and get a blast of their construction machinery, bridge layers etc, and even blag a drive of them.
That transition with the excavator at the intro was sick
Thank God This footage is not lost. ❤️
YEAH Boiii! Are by ears deceiving me Daniel or did you do a voiceover at the end cus the wind was messing up the audio?
Yeah it seems like hes voicing over what he was actually saying
Nah I can hear the wind with my headphones
Love the machine and love this video.... can't imagine how cool it would be to operate this every day for a job
it sounds cool but actually it gets boring pretty quick because when you are loading trucks every day it gets lame because you are doing the same moves over and over

Mr Ashville. You should get this digger in lego technic for now. It's amazing!
Dan you need one of those mate ,serious 😎.
