    Liebherr is indeed a great company, and it is still family owned. They also produce freezers and refrigerators (I have them in my kitchen), landing gears for aircrafts, a whole range of diesel engines, and so on.

    As a small industrialised nation what makes the Germans such a huge successful force after World War II is this Moto "vorsprung durch technik". Very plain and simple. Everything manufactured in Germany (from small household utensils) are world class items and it's hard to find similar elsewhere in the world.

    You don't want to buy a man's skin for SEK 2 to 9 million and then it breaks and you have to pay the man's money to scratch the mask
    and you lose money when it breaks!!

    "The European Union was collectively the world’s largest steel importer
    in 2018" - Just so people know that EU does not have enough steel even for internal use. Guess where (or read the Trade Reports) the steel comers from mainly?! edit: I wrote this because I heard Liebherr bring up being proud of using domestic steel. They don't have any.

    • @mark9510
      @mark9510 2 года назад

      It's likely they use thier own steel while many other companies that produce other stuff import it from other countries, most likely the US or China among others.
