I really wonder how the various SALARY SLIPS AND PERKS are the driving cause for one's dreams. I definitely agree to the fact that one should know how much on an average would the job pay him/her but that being the main motivation really makes things questionable. There are ample number of videos released by coaching centres every now and then regarding salary and others, I don't understand why such videos are posted on regular basis while once in a while seems to be just fine and informative. I know no one is forcing anyone to watch these videos but the trend of luring minds just on monetary and materialistic benefits doesn't seem to be right.
Sure, I have seen them and I appreciate the team for coming out with such initiatives. I'm not targeting this video specifically, sorry if it felt that way, I was just talking about the general trend and stated my opinion. I hope my comment could help at least someone to think about this.

Most people don't even know exactly what kind of work Grade B managers do once they get the job. Salary is ALWAYS going to be a BIG factor in motivating aspirants. We work so we can earn. Nothing wrong with that.

I think there is error in RBI salary slip because there is no tax deduction, which is around 40,000 rs.
It is shown as it is... on a yearly basis we can expect what might the overall income and Tax.
