Hello! This depends on your return policy, which you can configure in your selling channel. Your return policy should reflect what your supplier provides. For example, if your supplier offers 30-day free returns, your policy toward your buyers should be the same. If a buyer opens a return request, you will do the same with your supplier, get a return label, and send it to the buyer to return the product. Once it’s returned, send a refund to your buyer, and make sure you get one from your supplier as well. 😊

Very great tutorial, however I don't really get the part where you say that the first product that you list has to be something around your house. I understand the fact that ebay will question you and will call you up to questions about your business and all of that. But when you pick something around your house, how are you gonna connect that with autods, would you list the product on ebay first and then somehow connect it with autods so you can actually fulfill it? There wasn't really much detail on this and I wonder how would the whole process work of having your first listing, how are we gonna ship it, how is it connected with autods? If it is connected to autods then when we list the product, will it show up on autods? How would the whole process work of having your first listing which has to be something around your house? FYI - I just started and got locked out. after calling in I found out it was because my IP address was showing from a different area. I didn't even think about it but I had my VPN turned on for security. They don't like that apparently. So don't use a VPN when starting an account.

Otherwise, is there an instant where the supplier is going to pay for the shipping to the buyer? Also, you mentioned the licking math. I guess this instance only applies to sellers that have an Amazon sellers account?
Hi there, the shipping costs and policies are indicated on every product pages, so it is better to add these costs to your selling price. Alternatively, most suppliers usually handle the return labels, unless they ask you for an additional payment for that. Providing high-profit margin helps with these kinds of scenarios. From one Video I saw you mention to sell something from your household as the fresh first item. As the eBay would get the impression of we are doing drop shipping sounds a bit bad. I have started a fresh eBay store in my 3 years old eBay account and listed 1 item through AutoDS (first added 1 item manually then after setting up the payout method I removed it.) And my store only has 1 item listing. Because of what you have said earlier I am being a bit skeptical about adding more products. Hello! This depends on your return policy, which you can configure in your selling channel. Your return policy should reflect what your supplier provides. For example, if your supplier offers 30-day free returns, your policy toward your buyers should be the same. If a buyer opens a return request, you will do the same with your supplier, get a return label, and send it to the buyer to return the product. Once it’s returned, send a refund to your buyer, and make sure you get one from your supplier as well. 😊

Very great tutorial, however I don't really get the part where you say that the first product that you list has to be something around your house. I understand the fact that ebay will question you and will call you up to questions about your business and all of that. But when you pick something around your house, how are you gonna connect that with autods, would you list the product on ebay first and then somehow connect it with autods so you can actually fulfill it? There wasn't really much detail on this and I wonder how would the whole process work of having your first listing, how are we gonna ship it, how is it connected with autods? If it is connected to autods then when we list the product, will it show up on autods? How would the whole process work of having your first listing which has to be something around your house? I would be more concerned with how you connect it with autods and how the whole fulfillment process would work with your first listing which is something around your house?
Hi there, you can upload a product on eBay manually which is an item that you handle or from around your house and you can fulfill the order within eBay. It is a different fulfillment process from AutoDS products you import.

FYI - I just started and got locked out. after calling in I found out it was because my IP address was showing from a different area. I didn't even think about it but I had my VPN turned on for security. They don't like that apparently. So don't use a VPN when starting an account.

If we list first physical product not dropship then how we know the shipping cost of that product. Because when we list we have to add shipping cost and shipping cost we will know when we will ship the product

But what about the fact that the goods were delivered by a delivery service, but the buyer did not confirm that he received the goods in his personal account??
Hey, if the delivery service confirms delivery but the buyer hasn't, share the tracking info with them and ask if they've received the package. If there's still an issue, verify with the delivery service and consider reaching out to the platform's customer support for help. Often, the order status will automatically update after a while. Also, if tracking shows that it was delivered, the buyer should search their surroundings to see if someone may have accepted the package for them. 😊

Otherwise, is there an instant where the supplier is going to pay for the shipping to the buyer? Also, you mentioned the licking math. I guess this instance only applies to sellers that have an Amazon sellers account?
Hi there, the shipping costs and policies are indicated on every product pages, so it is better to add these costs to your selling price. Alternatively, most suppliers usually handle the return labels, unless they ask you for an additional payment for that. Providing high-profit margin helps with these kinds of scenarios. It is up to you how you will strategize them. Good luck!
From one Video I saw you mention to sell something from your household as the fresh first item. As the eBay would get the impression of we are doing drop shipping sounds a bit bad.
I have started a fresh eBay store in my 3 years old eBay account and listed 1 item through AutoDS (first added 1 item manually then after setting up the payout method I removed it.)
And my store only has 1 item listing.
Because of what you have said earlier I am being a bit skeptical about adding more products. But in this video you mentioned we need to add more and more listings. More the listings we have more the chance of sales.
