15ml = 1 table spoon
5ml = 1 tea spoon
Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

INGREDIENTS 5 ramekins ( Ø 6cm )
( chocolate ganache )
60g (1/4 cup ) whipping cream
60g ( 2.1 oz ) dark chocolate ( 50% cocoa )
( Chocolate mixture )
60g ( 1/4 cup + 1 tsp ) butter
60g ( 2.1 oz ) dark chocolate ( 50% cocoa )
40g ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) sugar
2 eggs
20g ( 2 Tbsp ) flour / all-purpose flour
5g ( 1 Tbsp ) cocoa powder
Powdered sugar / icing sugar
