Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

40g ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) sugar
23g ( 1 + 1/2 Tbsp ) water

50g ( 1/4 cup ) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g ( 1 + 1/4 cup ) milk
6g ( 1/2 Tbsp ) sugar
