I realized that I actually never gave u a tip... I think the most important thing that most people dont realize in tennis is footwork. A lot of people think its just using your arms but the feet are what gets you in the position to hit the ball.
jWang yeah i totally get it its like running a marathon except ur moving in a square . Ill try adding a bit of running with the warmups before starting a game in hopes of not looking lousy anymore +_+
are finals really that bad? I feel if you study hard and stay disciplined throughout the semester then by the time for exams it's just executing what you've been learning and practicing all semester no?
Its definitely hard to study hard and stay disciplined, but on top of that it is a lot of material that is being tested so thats what makes it hard for me personally.

Thats a great idea! I also recommend side shuffles because the most important movement will be side to side rather than running up and down.
