I’ve been here 25 years. I lived through the 2008 crash here and this market, that was a blip. This one will be, too. What IS happening now is a moderation on the increases in prices. I’d just like to see a return to inventory levels where the ridiculous multiple offers and sales prices over list ends. I’m lucky that I am both a buyer and seller in the market so it cuts both ways for me. I feel for people moving here from other markets that are not like this one. They must think it’s insane.
