i have not bought anything from the eververse store in the last 3 months (ones with silver), so i am proud of myself. I will buy the final shape DLC for the whole year package, and that's it. i can just slowly pile up bright dust to look good.
Justin GDC 2022... his last game credits before joining Bungie was for a game called "The Saboteur" and that game failed so hard that the company that made it even shut down afterwards... this is the guy that was hired with high honors by Bungie (whoever takes the calls there) and got continuously promoted to the highest position inside the company
I think Border Lands wins by far when it comes to unique guns. Bro, it shoots swords! Lol even though the game has turned to crap after Border Lands 2. Bungie sold their share of caring about Destiny. Sony is now the master of said universe, and we will never win! If it don’t make silver it don’t make cents!
Here’s the thing….the story is super similar to halo…all world building no context. Classic bungie. If you understand bungie you understand this game. The campaign deletion was the worst part about this game. The best way to learn about destiny games is to hope someone wrote a sci-fi novel or did comic books because otherwise you’ll be confused. Just playing halo I never understood the point of the game tbh my friend had to explain the entire story to me that’s how bad bungie is at story context
you have pretty good point but i disagree with the big bad thing the black heart did its purpose and the story with gaul wasnt about gaul but the destruction of the city and yes lightfall has a bad narrative but the witness isnt suposed be seen bad but as a threat in his mind he just wants to stop the life and death cycle because in all we are the bad ones
Thing is Destiny isnt a fun game, it was somewhere down the line but not so much now, whats the point of top notch gameplay standards if the games content is nothing more than uninspired drivel thrown together to pad out 3 months each season its soulless and hollow
Bungie is not the same team it once was and has lost all its great creative teams and is now left with a woke group of people who only want to work to the minimum and see inspiration and progression as a negative, thank god Remnant from the ashes 2 is out soon and starfield.

Destiny as a whole has been nothing more then a complete Disappointment and a wasted of great potential.
