Jaime ran faster... she was clocked at 63 mph in the episode she fought the computer that was gonna destroy the world. She was running in the underground water tunnel to get up top before the millions of gallons of water he released caught up with her.
No she wasn't. Steve ran 65+ on the treadmill as he got used to it.. One of the gov guys asked him how he could run faster than the initial 60 and Steve said through training his upper body got into a rhythm he recognized so his legs didn't run out from under him and he was able to run faster.
