Great video, it's interesting to see that the seven heroes don't heal every turn like they do in the Japanese original version, which made the battles very hard if you weren't equipping the right skills.
It still happens. They usually need a certain field though, triggered by strong attacks of a certain type (like how Salamanders tend to regen when you cast 2 or more fire attacks). The elemental fields weren't implemented visually until RS 3, but they do exist; Moles regen on Earth, enemies like Subier and the Water Dragon usually regen after using Maelstrom, Diamond Dust and the like, the final boss' "Abyss" field can be dispersed quickly by using Light spells, etc. Sadly, no info about this on the wiki from what I can gather, got almost everything from GameFAQS users, and can confirm that everything I typed is in the game. As for how similar it is to the SNES version, I believe they literally had the the source code and updated its visuals as well as where it could run, though I'd need to find the interview for that Por sinal, vc é brasileiro? kkkkkk
Crow il tizio del treno is the remake version that was originally released in IOS/Android, then ported to PC/Xbox one/PS4/Switch, in those versions the backgrounds looked better than in Android.
They used to be real heroes. They’re superhumans that were able to absorb monsters after slaying them. I think what happened was that they got to powerful to the point that people grew wary so the ancient council decided to banish them to the underworld. Turned out to be a very poor decision because now they’re out for revenge, so they have a royal family become destined to defeat them.
These games are the most brutal JRPG series I know of. But you can't deny, the fights look cool, and the music is awesome.

it depends on some unknown condition. Sometimes they do. However, regen every turn is not much a big problem if each attck is 1K+

Its been years since I did that. I believe he will surprise attack you or cause a game over.

Some heroes have more than 2 forms. Some have even 4 forms.
Dantarg is the only one that have 4 forms
