DO YOU SUCK?! - Top 6 ways to improve your airsoft game! | Airsoft GI Развлечения
"Don't be the deer, BE THE HEADLIGHT!" Lol!
I just watched that part of the video and literally saw this comment 5 seconds later, perfect timing
Cardio? Correct use of cover? Communication with your team? Nah, just buy stuff!
Exactly 😂
That is also important too but for the most brand new of players, they won't think about that until later down the road.
What really "unlocked" my personal gameplay and got me to improve was when I stopped allowing myself to hold useless angles for too long.
Don't waste more than 5-6 seconds watching an angle. Move yourself. Especially if you are engaged in a fight.
I would always spend way too long in one spot and would get flanked.
You almost have to be unafraid. You can't allow yourself to get pinned because there "might" be somone around the corner. Just move,
Gear isn't what makes you good, tactics do
Yeah. When I first started airsoft years back, I was scared of the bbs. Now I'm not, I play better.
Same thing happened to me. I used to go out and be kinda scared of getting hit (especially because everyone seems like they were really good) so I would stay usually in the back and sit around. One of my friends recently encouraged me to start sprinting off start and keep constantly moving around, and I was basically one of the best players on the field. I got lots of high fives, fist bumps, and pats on the back from almost all the people I got out. Funniest part is I was using all rental equipment.
Just reading this helped me think about how I will move on the field. Playing my second time ever in 2 days and super excited.
Great point. ALWAYS check EVERYWHERE.
aand if you are holding an angle its beneficial to be in a position where your opponent wouldnt expect. for example as a shorter dude i tend to sit lower down and sneak around angles rather than be eye level
Bruh they took the easy way out of this conversation by pushing products instead of personal improvement which is almost as good as most of products in the video
3 things you can focus on that will have improvement in your gameplay that are absolutely free are
1. Work on cardio
2. Work on Gun Manipulation and handling
3. Learn your field, major lanes of traffic, flanking positions, and angles
yeah was gonna say the same stuff felt more like a product promotion vid than actual help
Thank you
Thanks this is what I was looking for
Lol i play at a CQB field and they move the walls and barrels and tires around every month so no one can map it out 😂😅
“Don’t be the deer; be the headlights!” 😂
Great advice on the gears. If I can add one, I would recommend fitness. I know y’all sell gear and stuff, but being able to sprint/run short distances with minimal effort as well as hold and manipulate your BB gat can help you last longer before fatigue. I’ve been working on mine lately.
Gotta love that all of these tips have to do with buying new gear, and not, say, working on your actual physical skills, like field awareness, teamwork, or tactics lol
What can you expect from a guy like that lol
Imagination is key..... if you put yourself in the mindframe that this is a real firefight and you ass is on the line, the more likely you will be to make smarter decisions on the field. Great tips vid guys!
Speedsofters be like: I AM SPEED!!!
'proceds to fire 137 BBs for one kill
i love doing that, thinking ur in a real firefight makes shit 10x more fun
Still get kills though 🤷🏼♀️
I was recommended a maple leaf crazy jet inner barrel for my glock. The thing is incredible it increased my range and accuracy. I will upgrade my wife her AEG with a a crazy jet barrel and hybrid bucking so she can use a GBB inner barrel in a AEG
14:20 One good tip you left out especially for indoor players is to invest in eye protectors with yellow tinted lenses/ anti-glare lenses because having other players flash you with their 300-600+ lumen flashlight especially if they are dicks and use the strobe light feature can really really damage your vision. Thats why I own two different types of eye pros for different environments.
i am ashamed to say i am among the high lumen flashlight gang, at least i dont strobe it at people unless they're already trying to blind me
Last year i graduated from the lumen gang to the candela crew.
Now i rock an LEP lighthead with 415,000 candela, zero flood/spill and a dinner plate size "hotspot", but don't worry it's FDA approved as class 1, so the blindness is strictly temporary 😂
Man... nobody talks about fitness levels but that's important too!
This is the best video about airsoft i have watched so far
Airsoft gi needs to put more Cisco vids I love him sm
No.
On Tip 1:
I use a Swiss Eye Raptor frame with inserts based on my actual glasses. I can't stand lenses so this is a saviour. Further I wear skater teeth protection and a buff. Works just as good. (Face mesh are too big for my face)
About halfway through the video and yeah I can vouch for basically everything so far. The face and eye pro I ran for quite a while wasn't very low profile, didn't breathe well, and just made everything fog up even worse than it would normally in the humid climate I live in. Upgraded to wiley-x low profile goggles with prescription lenses and an ex-fog unit (local-ish company that makes a device that pushes air through tubes into your goggles removing fog) and that alone improved my enjoyment of airsoft immensely. Hard to have fun when you're literally blind and have NO idea what's going on because of really bad fogging. Then I upgraded my gun with a precision barrel, stronger spring, and hop up and that gun is like a fuckin laser beam. I actually hit the things I'm aiming at and getting kills pretty regularly. I still have plenty of things to work on to get better but those two things were huge for me
Love your videos bro ❤
Love this guys they are the best
first? wow happy new year everyone! thanks 4 the great videos as always!
for those of us with glasses who cant afford to go low profile with their mask/head pro, a simple top rail riser works wonders (speaking from experience). cheaper than a new headgear setup and allows you to focus on fitting your glasses comfortably. or just get contacts i guess lol
If you want lower face protection they make mesh masks that have padding thick enough to protect your face but allow you to ADS
You can also buy prescription safety glasses, I gotta say they were the most important, and best thing I spent money on for airsoft.
Thank you as someone who goes to the field like 2 Times a year and only buys airsoft for personal use this is v helpful
Don’t buy lancer
why? @@reflirt
@@heathero8980 Lancer has had a lot of controversies in the past... from horrible gearboxes and motors, to literally lying about AnSi Ratings, they're just not a reliable company. take it from someone who owns one and has gone through a lot of BS
10:53 Bro is walking Gau 8 Avenger 💀🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
At 3:02 looking like Trey Lance 😂😂
thanks
Cool advice. Pay to win.
I'm dead😂😂 thx for video
ESS Crossbow or Revision Bullet Ants. On a slightly smaller budget Bolle Trackers, which is great mounting mesh on it, or Pyramex I-force (though that one fogged like mad for me, oddly enough). I bought and tried over 20 different eyepros and nothing else was worth the money. Didn't try the Dye i5, but wasn't ever going for a full mask.
Cheap MPOW earpro (can find them as cheap as £20) are very comfortable and really do let you hear more (plus combats pyro-obsessed spammers).
It does make sense! Adding an optic is adding weight! Adding weight is making the replica heavier.. A heavier replica takes more time to ADS/lifting it up. Don't ask me the time it takes longer cause you might not notice it.. But I rather sacrifice ADS for Accuracy. And Optics looks better.. As a Ex-Military out training started with Iron Sights.. Nothing wrong with it (Even in CoD or BF I sometimes prefer Iron Sights till a certain range). But once you get Optics it not only just looks better it is better! You see more and faster then Iron Sights.
I haven't played in few years I sold everything but zt the end I was oy using my hi capa, and gas blowback mp9 never liked aegs for some reason I was way more comfortable and confident with gas blow backs so I did better in games with them
11:29 as a drone enthusiast, diy mad scientist, and mechatronics engineering student, xt60 reigns supreme
also -- go read an infantry manual and learn some basics. If you're not shooting, you're moving. If you're not moving, you're reloading so you can either shoot more or move to a better place and then shoot some more. Use cover. Work with other people on the field, lay down suppressive fire, watch each other's backs, etc etc etc. One of the neatest things about airsoft is that everyone with an AEG and a hi-cap mag essentially is a SAW gunner so everyone can provide suppressive fire.
"how are you going to get better at playing airsoft? buy our stuff!"
You're being sarcastic aren't you? Airsoft got a little bit of "pay to win" but they didn't really advertise for their stuff?!
@@z3r01245 I meaaaaan all the stuff they said to get is on their shop 😂😂😂
i recently started, staying in the mindset of not waning to get hit to learn faster i run just goggles and a baklava. help a bit but i think strategy is my biggest holdback
i'd advise investing in atleast a mouthguard, like the ones used in wrestling to ensure your teeth stay protected. The best way to learn airsoft is to keep rushing, if you can get into the mindset of not stopping until the very end you'll do just fine.
For the battery, I personally recommend Titan 11.1 3000mAh, and if you can fit it and you have mosfet why not? I can play 2 24h milsims with that battery and I have LED Maxx hop up chamber. Yes it's a little expensive and it's good to charge it on Titan charger which is a bump in price, but this battery lasts for years of play if you take care of it.
What about the DYE I5? I have glasses, and i hear good things about them. Should i run a high rise mount for a red dot?
personally i like the ares amags, i use normal length for my mk18 but i use extended for my custom combat machine m4
This guy is a hero to Airsoft
awesome video subbed earned
Laylax Aeroflex mask is really great for ADS
indoor player traicer is almost a must
that intro... haha 😂
I can fog fresh air, I have tried everything, even shooting glasses I fog. The best I have come up with are Wiley X Spear but I still have to lodge them away from my face to prevent at least some fogging. I hate mesh but at least it doesnt fog!
I needed this I’m playing my second ever Airsoft game an wanted some advice
none of this will help u instead focus on how ur gun handles and how often u are moving. If ur scared of the pain keep rushing as the adrenaline will make that pain go away rq
Please don't listen to the other guy. Be as secure as possible - airsoft is one of the games were you will meet either the friendliest or the most shittiest persons on the planet. Some of them will use a 1J gun at a low power day, won't use the bang rule or accuse everyone on the field as cheaters.
Before buying a gun, buy good secure glasses and face protection. One time I got hit with a BB on my arm and it left som hemorrhage, which is normal, but imagine that energy hitting your nose or eye.
Secondly, don't buy to much stuff at once. Go with the basics and then play to see what fits and what you need on the field. For me, I noticed that I like having many mags on me instead of reloading my mags Midgame - thus I invested my money into a vest with loads of pouches, which makes me a bit slower, but that is something you only realize after playing.
Get out there and have fun! :)
Work out #1 best thing didn’t believe it till I did it
Don't be the deer!! Be the headlights!! 🤣
NB-tactical is the best meshmask out there.
How do we put in new bucking and inner barrel
A huge thing he didn't talk about is getting a sling, it gets tiring going back to your spawn and carrying your gun.
Do you guys have videos on how to swap inner berrel and bucking
I wish you talked about pros and cons of both hi and mid cap mags, as neither of them are outright bad
CISCO please make a glasses friendly goggles guide
What about using a dye i4 pro mask? honestly i can see very clear without any fog but I can’t use sights so instead i just rely on the tracer bbs
Totally free stuff - practice weapon handling in the gear you'll wear in the field eg mag changes, changing from left to right handed, shooting practice. Zero your weapon and recheck regularly. Clean your weapon and magazines after use in the field, mags can get crap in them easily enough so strip and clean them it only takes a few minutes. As the man says, carry spare battery, plus ammo, players are always running out mid afternoon where I play. Watch more experienced players and emulate the best guys. Carry water and snacks to keep your energy levels up, professional athletes always do this and I'm certainly don't have as much stamina as they do. Ensure all your kit is secure on your body, pouches properly closed, lanyard for your pistol ( I use para cord, string will do), people are always loosing stuff.
Hey! I dont know if you can help me, but my airsoft pistol is broken, my c.8 pistol has a "lagged" magazine drop button, and i cant get the magazine out, and also, my slide isint working too, also when it was working for a little time, when i was ready to shot, it gave the sound of the shot, but the bullet didnt come out, when i checked the magazine, it was gone. Thats all of my problems, and chance u can help me? EDIT: Also it happend when i think i pulled the slide 2 times
I have had every type of eyepro going and couldn't stop fogging. The dye mask was a last resort and its the only thing that has worked. It's pricey but worth it if you have the same issue. Just need a good riser for your optic.
bolle x810 has never fogged up on me
If you want a really long lasting battery go look at Titan ones they have high quality and high charge ones
The Dyei4Pro is the best thing I’ve ever bought for airsoft 🤷🏻♂️
Was that the guy from USAirsoft at the end?
Less is more IMO(on the gun anyway) alls I run is a Red dot/holo, tracer unit and maybe a peq 14 dependin on the situation
I would buy some midcap magazines, but the G&G m14 mags aren't in stock on your store 😭😭😭
If you are playing, low profile shooting googles or sunglasses, just make sure it has a tie. I almost blinded a friend when i tagged him. I was aiming for his back when suddenly he turned and drop his glasses.
Im new to airsoft... About batteries, when you mean have at least 2 batteries, the guys removing these 3 pieces from the stock at @12:38, is it EACH piece ONE battery or is the 3 pieces he removed complements "one" battery? Sorry if I couldnt express myself correctly.
"Get deans" *holds up Timaya battery*
hi i bought a lancer tactical gen 2 but the batterys wires broke, could i use a 11.1v lipo and would it improve the gun?
I have to wear goggles like those due to having glasses too. I need to see so I fit my glasses into the goggles.
Funny thing is i just gotten so used to not aiming down sights that im better off without it completely than when i use sights even with the proper gear
Well you sold me on the unicorn inner barrel and bucking. Thanks for the killer and perfectly trimmed video!
In Colorado they allow no lower at the age of 18 for some fields. Those fields I see guys use those mouth guards and never have a problem. They just get kinda gross lol
well thats actually a beginners guide shopping list. Seen 99% of players in the total of my whole experience until today: who have all that. thats not preventing mooooost of them from "sucking".
movement? posture? gun drive? slicing? mindgames? peek fights? correct use of cover? detect key positions on the field and how to get/hold them? how to increase "survival"rate?
these are IMPORTANT basics but definitely not the top 6 ways, that will make significantly improvements to your game as such.
especially if actual working gear is a given.
How do those Rage fit over your glasses??
Gems 💎
I see a lot of people using Dye i5s and masks like that. I think one youtuber used a FMA F1 mask. Does it all come down to personal preference or is it truly a disadvantage to have a paintball mask.
hi, can u please do a rewiew on Lancer Tactical Enforcer Hybrid Needletail?
How to improve your game(with gear) theres no cure for just sucking fellas!❤
Wich optic was that one we saw with Kevin a few seconds?
All good suggestions, but we're really not going to talk about the number 1 thing you can do to get better? Which is cardio. I get it. I hate running too. But it is the difference in real fire fights and its the difference in airsoft.
so.....spend money, sounds right lol
Yknow guys, it would be real cool if you included links to all the mentioned products.
All the sizes I need for the unicorn barrel is all in GBB and not AEG.
Top tips, buy this product - LOL
The number one way to improve your game is to not be overweight and out of shape
Explain
@TrueRAIDER21 seems like it's pretty self-evident but I'll elaborate. The bigger you are, the easier you are to hit. Lose weight, get smaller, get hit less The better your fitness, the easier and faster you can move from cover to cover, meaning you get hit less. The better your fitness, less you get fatigued, meaning your shots are more accurate. The better your fitness the less likely you are to get injured. The better your fitness the more likely you will communicate with your team. If you're out of breath, you are less likely to communicate effectively. Shall I go on?
Always check your gear, mags, eye pro, everything and always remember you get what you pay for.
Cisco….I need a TM compatible hi-capa that I won’t need to mod (like Boaz) and looks tacticool. What’s the sauce?
I've had good luck with my Echo1 TAP
Cloth masks suck. Getting shot in the cheek hurts so bad. I recommend the onetigris mesh mask. The cheek cushion is breathable enough and reduces the likely hood of getting welts on your face lol
Does the 11.1 Lipo lancer tactical stick battery have the Nihm connected and would it fit in the buffer tube with the connected becuase I have another stock that pedant work with the nunchuck battery so I was wondering if the 11.1 stick would fit inside the buffer tube
Don't buy Lancer Batteries, they're not good. They crap out after a couple matches and sometimes kill your motor. This has happened to me and so many other people I've seen because lancer isn't really that great quality. Gen 3s are ~okay~ but overpriced. (Airsoft GI shills lancer tactical because greed, they know that the product is bad.)
@@quinn35 I just bought my first airsoft gun and it’s a lancer tactical gen 2 spr and it seems to be pretty good quality and performs decent on a 9.6 from what I have experianced but I am gonna be upgrading internals and stuff possibly to a Polarstar jack once spring comes back around so I can be makin money but till then I’m gonna get a better battery and mosfet
@@quinn35 do you know any good brand battery’s like 11.1 nihm sticks or blocks? If you do that would be great! Thank you.
Another one - Dont become obsessed with Pistols. There are only 2 players who NEED a pistol - someone who runs pistol primary, and someone who runs a BASR/DMR. For everyone else, consider if a pistol REALLY is something that will improve your gameplay. Concentrate on your AEG rather than setting up your gear to run a pistol. A pistol gives very few advantages - what actually can a pistol do that your AEG cannot? Lose the pistol, and you save both weight and real estate on your belt/PC. This means you can either run more agile due to a slicker rig, or can pack more primary ammo/grenades/ect. Or be inventive and run a 40mm secondary, shotgun secondary, etc. Them 24 BB gas mags dont last long, and that space on your belt could be used for another 150 round midcap for your primary.
As for 'what if your aeg snaps?' well this is so rare, rather than playing game after game after game with dead weight strapped to you just for this 'just in case' scenario, instead just suck it, its just one game ruined, and for less than the cost of the pistol just buy a cheap emergency cyma aeg and keep it in your jeep so you can keep playing the day once you get back and swap it out.
Doh, we were just there looking for a unicorn 300mm, poor stitch…
I’ve never played a single game and I know one piece of advice that is correct no matter what:
Learn to snapshoot.
It’s what speedqb players and paintball players do. the player with the faster peek around the corner and trigger finger wins the fight.
What red dot would be better? A reflex red dot or a micro red dot?
up to u, reflex have better eye relief do to them being more open, but it’s honestly up to your preference cuz you could adjust the space between your face and optic for better eye relief
@fumes1955 alright thanks for the info and taking the time to respond to my question. Thank you and have a great day. 👍
I cannot stress this enough. GET A MASK I've been shot in the face many times! Once by a sniper rifle shooting those huge .64's! The mask always came in clutch
Would like to add #7 tip: COMMUNICATE
Airsoft is 99% a team game so communicate, communicate, COMMUNICATE.
Don't be a lone wolf. If you see a tango, CALL IT. Say how many and where they are. And what direction that they are heading if they are moving. That way your team can act accordingly.
Which kinda leads to tip #8: Teamwork
Be willing to work as a team. Even if you happen to be paired up with some randos. It's the players that work as a team that wins the game.
Oh, and just to add: a flashlight or laser sight is POINTLESS if you are playing on a field or in the woods. It will get your butt shot quick because you are advertising your location to the whole enemy team. So don't waste your money.
Link the unicorn barrel thing?
"you need more than one battery"
:me with one 3000mah battery: okay, whatever you say.
Titan brand batteries be like:
lol
@@isaaclonie4658 who needs spare batteries when you have a 7.4 V 7000mah battery 🔋
I have yet to fully drain that battery. I have used it all day and it was over 70% by the end of the day. Titan brand batteries are just built different
@@Smartyvoy Also Zion Arms. I had almost 40% left in my 3000mah battery after a full day.
@@isaaclonie4658 nice. I run primary titan brand Li-ion batteries: 11.1 V 2600 mah (2 of them, 1 nunchuck & the other a single stick) and a 7.4 V 7000 mah battery. I never hears of zion arms batteries. How are they?
As a person who only has 1 battery, I can confirm, it lasts the whole day without dying, (11.1 lipo)
i actually suggest a flashlight over an optic personally as most of the time you look along the side or down the top of the gun, you also forgot about when your arms get tired on the field and your like man, this sucks, and i dont wanna put my gun in the dirt, and then you notice the tacticool not arm tired dude, WHO HAS A SLING SO HE CAN TAKE A BREAK
me running a spring pump shotgun with a ar15 mag adapter and a mag
DO REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE YOUR LOW PROFILE EYE PRO HAS BEEN PROPERLY TESTED FOR AIRSOFT USE! Going low profile can mean bending the rules of safety I’ve see countless people noobs and pros make that mistake
*cough cough* counterfeit lancer goggles lawsuit *cough cough*
@@tmellor7797 thats kind of a hard side to take, on one hand its up to us the players to do proper research, but on the other hand if a known company like lancer lies about properly tested eye pro then I'm at a crossroads
Get reputable eye pro brands. I personally run ESS eyewear because I trust them from years of wearing them in the Army. They have literally saved my eyes from shrapnel both in combat and in my workshop.
A 6mm plastic bb can take out a tooth?
for the face mask, you can simply go with a shemagh. Works as camo too. I usually have a bandana up top. Tac-glasses for the eyes and a either a green cam shemagh for wooded sites or urban camo shemaghs for urban sites. Gotta look the part!
Only if you are okay getting your teeth shot out lmao
Easy fix issue for the magazine just get a drum magazine 😏🤣
This is no advice, this is shopping list
Real
Real
1- Don't get LT eyepro.
2- Get kneepads, seriously they are the best piece of equipment one can buy, staying low comfortably is amazing
3- Run a lot
