Home run Leon - just what I needed to get rolling with my new VP4 and my DR clone. Your presentations are so clear - I wish my old law school professors had been as articulate as you are. Thank you.

Hi Leon, Stef from Germany here. I am running my VP4 with a Bluguitar Amp1 Iridium in a 4CM: drive and phaser block before the amp, modulation and delay block in the effects loop. I organize my setup with 4 scenes: Rhythm, Clean, Lead, Crunch and use MIDi settings of the VP4 to change channels accordingly in the Amp1 😊

    I have a ‘68 Bandmaster with a 2 x 12 cab (EVM-12S drivers) and just bought a VP4. It’s my first Fractal product. Great video. Thanks.

The VP4 into something like a Dr Z Z28 MkII would be such a fun rig!

Does the FM9 have the same functionality as the VP4 pedalboard if you eliminate the amp.and cab from the simulation chain, then Plug it into your amp?

Yes, the FM9 is excellent for use in front of an amp, with adjustable input impedance for natural feel and versatile routing options. While the VP4 is optimized for simplicity, the FM9 provides great functionality as an all-in-one solution.
