The owner of the world's fastest, I would love to shake his hand and say thank you. I've been a fan of Koenigsegg since 2006, and I ALWAYS wanted to see one, but I live in Ontario Canada, in a small nowhere town. I don't have a lot of money, I don't know the "right people" but when I heard the world's fastest car was coming to Toronto in February 2018, I kid you not, I cried. Tears of happiness... In February I got to meet on of my favourite brands ever for anything. I was taken aback, I was speechless and my breath was taken away. I cherished every second I had looking at that car. It really meant the world to me.
I was there at the Toronto show, very epic moment indeed.
Never seen one i used to live 2.5 hours from a dealer in vancouver that has one at the moment but i have moved 2 hours further away and i cant justify the drive in my.big diesel f350 sadly ill just have to wait until im out that way and hope the dealer or another dealer has one :(

Who gives a shit if any of these dudes have wealthy parents. They are car enthusiast, and were down to earth and seemed pretty chill. I'm sure if you guys were filthy rich, you would want the best for your kids. It's one thing for rich kids to have nice cars and not appreciate them and only use it to flex, but they genuinely have the passion for these cars. People on youtube need to lighten up.

I think because he likes to make turns with the Michelins so much and loves the car he uses premium fuel so that the car will last longer and he can do more of these nice turns with Michelin tires

I can see your criticism, maybe to the younger guy but for the Asian guy's case, and for many professionals or enterpreneurs who strive to to achieve more each day, their financial standpoint increases every year and sometimes jumps quite a bit. I think it was quite humble and cool to hear someone going from a lesser sports car like.the Datsun to a used 911, and finally, to something truly special
In other words...Y'all just don't really have perspective..And 50k...Really? You don't even need to be quote on quote "rich". Go to damn school, give SOME effort, get some scholarships, and try. Anyone who try st least this much can achieve 50k car easily. And many of us DO AT LEAST try this much even if we start with nothing. The Western society has blessed us with nothing but opportunities even in the biggest slums one has the option to climb out.

I take absolute joy seeing all these owners actually using their cars, and putting them through their paces like they were meant to do. It's one thing to own a Koenigsegg, but it is another to use the car and enjoy it for yourself! Car Throttle, great job on the story. I really enjoyed it, and I am looking forward to what is next!

Christian Von Konigsegg has done what Ferruccio Lamborghini, Tucker, Henry Fisker, and Roland Gumpert, have wanted to do but failed.
So good to see these owners being so kind and so down to earth. Glad they are not those type of richy that think they have all the money and so they could disgrace the others.

It's great that you have that goes to work towards.. good for you, but don't you think it would be cool to not work for a company (9-5 hrs a day.....5-7 days a week).... Ie making your money work for you(investing etc), well initially it would result in you working, but not for a years on end....

I watched this video because I am utterly addicted to Koenigseggs, and I also follow all of those fantastic people on social media. Car Throttle, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this video for a purpose other than showing the cars and the people behind them. I have been truly inspired by all of the statements made by the Ghost Squadron. If I was ever able to meet them I would probably cry and then ask them a million questions. Thank you for making me realize that I do have a chance to get one these remarkable cars for myself.

So I bought the michelins and now I'm completely broke. And it turns out the 20 inch pilot super sport rubber doesn't fit the 15 inch wheels on my '89 Toyota Camry. I also filled the gas tank on v-power, but now the car doesn't run. My mechanic says my Camry is a diesel. When will you send me my Koenigsegg? I have to go to work tomorrow..

It's very refreshing and new to have an inside look at the people who own these works of art. It's great to know that they aren't just trophies to these people who lock them up in a garage until they appreciate enough to resell. Koenningsegg owners seem different because of how inherently mindblowing the car is. I think Christian von Koenningsegg has more than achieved his dream, because his cars turn more heads than any other brand in the world except possibly Bugatti.

I had to sell a 68 Superbee (440 6pack, 2spd, dana 60) when I got cancer to save the house, and honestly if you ask me I sold the wrong one.
@@OvercastCoob I've been building other's cars on the side for too long to admit, I think the best project I've "tuned" has to be a 05 Viper that was forced to breathe deeper. If I ever got an egg, I would sell it, buy that Viper, and a 68 Charger. Then put the Viper's drivetrain into the Charger (zzz), buy all my family members nice cars, and pay for fuel with the leftover change. That's my dream, not somebody elses completed trophy so that fan boys drool all over me.
