HP MNI 210 (DA0NM3MB6E0) WON'T TURN ON

HP Mini 210 (Board code DA0NM3MB6E0) cannot turn on and not charging. It take more than 1 hour to solve the problem. I have replace the USB port, because the old one has broken and short between 5 volt pin and ground. I tried to find the best of compatible old USB port. So the USB port I have replaced is the old port from other motherboard. But I'm sorry because I don't include the process of release the old USB because it will take longer time to the video.
