Writing this in 2021: Bossanova not only stripped Walmart workers of their jobs, but when the robots failed, they stripped the operators of their jobs as well (speaking as one). This is an unempathetic company, anyone reading this, look elsewhere for employment.

Despite the upbeat music, this video is entirely creepy. It's so clearly propaganda and trying to make the rise of the machines seem innocent and sweet.

Van a tener que inventar robots consumidores. Porque si casi nadie tiene empleo, nadie tendra dinero para comprar.

people will have to adapt. these robots are still built by humans so they are not perfect and will break down. Someone who works at a grocery store could help in the administration, programming and troubleshooting of the robots. If people haven't learned by now how to interact with technology, then there is no hope for them.

Think about all the people who would be maimed by this device while in use during store hours.. Infrared and heat lamp burning to eyes/skin (children may be burned in mouth), slow non-evasive motoring skills (motor-boating icm platform more tolerant), Inability to perform aerial mapping for out of reach products, which will in turn induce tipping over onto mal-informed(Urban Dictionary) customers. Regardless Robots of today will never turn out better.. 🤖

Its not the overlords I'm afraid of.. We have already gone through dark ages once and I for one am not afraid to go through them again, but it is the robots I am afraid of.. Electricity has fueled itself to become smart. Now we must compete against it. Would you rather thrust a sword through a wall of flesh or of metal and electricity. The wall of robotics has almost become impenetrable.. Blue 💊
