Ale singing is like chasing an unicorn. The Warning fans treasure them when we can find them.
I saw them about 3 weeks ago, and she sang leads on 2 songs. Was definitely a treat to see and hear. Like her sisters, she too has a good voice.

I listen to The Warning music live whenever possible. They are far better live, than recorded. Producers and engineers like to “fix” performances, which removes any human element from the performance. These sisters are so damn good live, I wish every album was just them playing live off the floor.

You are the first reactor to really point to the poetry in the lyrics of this song. They are extremely good. Even more, what you gained from it is what they were writing about (according to Pau in one of her live chats). That feeling of being overwhelmed. Most people get hung up on the let me drown as a dark meaning of wanting to die. You're the first person to see the metaphor. So very cool. Great reaction.

I saw them two weeks ago in Cincinnati. Dany (guitar and vocals) invited us to sing along with this song which we did, of course. We were invited to sing along with "Survive" as well. They're such a great band. Pau is now my favorite drummer as she's just so smooth singing and playing at the same time, and that's so impressive when you dead center watching her from twenty feet away.
What you said about them wearing white stood out to me and inspires my recommendation. You have yet to check out LOVEBITES, a five-piece group of highly-skilled Japanese women playing heavy metal. They wear white during their shows and look elegant and classy while sounding heavy and brutal. Here's a link to their recent live release, "The Hammer of Wrath."

This performance has a rare unicorn: for a moment Alejandra sings lead without supporting her sisters. It is glorious.

Great thing about art is that everyone can perceive it with their own eyes (ears) but you got the meaning of the song very close to what TW have said about it.

The videos from this concert are epic! All of them are worth watching. Yesterday they dropped the whole concert video on RUclips. It's amazing. I would recommend watching these from this show: "Disciple", "Evolve", "Animosity", "Amour", "23", "Queen of the Murder Scene", and an acoustic masterpiece, "Revenant". Pau, the drummer, sings lead on "23" and "Revenant".
But, every song at this show was incredible, they literally don't have a bad song!

The warning write great songs with great lyricism
I just saw them a couple weeks ago for the second year in a row. They are so awesome live. You have to see them in person. It's funny how little Ale was in their early videos and now she is the tallest of the sisters. They are so talented yet scarily young. The youngest, Ale, will be 19 in December. I wish I had that kind of talent at that age. Future of rock is in the hands of these amazing ladies. 😁

I watched the complete concert a few hours ago. I enjoyed Dani, Pau and Ale performances from start to finish. I am so proud to finally have a great rock band from Mexico. I was born in the north part of Mexico and grew up in California listening to classic rock, disco, new wave and my favorite genre heavy metal. Went to quite a few heavy metal and rock concerts. The Warning is a group that I wish to see perform live. Also like the white outfits of the 3 sisters. Ale is my new favorite female bass idol and sweetheart crush. Dani and Pau also get lots of love from me. The Warning are one of the best rock band in the world.

Thank you Captain Jenna, for staying tuned to your subscribers in the comments because I really preferred this song, I preferred the live show, I preferred their own music and their performance (compared to the Metallica cover). It's quite simple, I almost forgot the left-hand side of my screen 😂 the singer is so attractive and her vocals are superbly in place and powerful! What's more, they're really good at what they do. They are so talented. Their lyrics always have deep.meaning and can at times be right in your face. They each are very talented musicians. As amazing as they are playing their instruments, their songs are about the lyrics, so they always put the message front and center. What's not to love.

Ale is my fave for her phenomenal bass skill, which is so very important in a 3-piece band and many other reasons but certainly for her can do attitude. "Give'n er"? Do I detect a modicum of Great White North in that slang? Or, is it just the Canuck in me? Regardless, I love these young ladies so much! I finally had the chance to see them live in Toronto a few weeks back and, much as I've loved all their live videos I've seen on RUclips (and I don't think I've missed any), seeing them in person is just on a whole 'nother level. I've heard people erroneously refer to them as the future of rock. NO! They are very much the NOW of rock, and will carry it into the future - quite possibly long after I'm gone.

TW have said that they like to leave the meaning of their lyrics up to the listener.
Dany has the most powerful voice among the 3 of them. Hitting those high notes are not for Pau and Ale and they don't even want to try. This song is a killer. Dany will go down as the best rock voice of this era if she keeps going like this. It's not easy hitting those high notes night after night with such precision while playing guitar and entertaining the crowd. Now in the new songs like Sick and HYCAD, her voice has reached superwoman level.

BTW, TW's appeal is cross-generational. You'll see everyone from teens to boomers in their audiences. I'm 76. When I was in college, it was the heyday of the classic guitar-based rock bands-the Beatles and Stones, Cream, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, and Led Zeppelin-and I saw all of them except Led Zeppelin live. These girls are better in almost every way. A bigger, beefier sound, better songs, and they are far more entertaining. You mentioned their wardrobe. You'll note after watching a number of concert videos that they always perform in clothes they could wear to the mall. No showgirl outfits emphasizing their sexual appeal, even though they all very attractive girls. This band is an effing rock and roll revival or renaissance.
I agree with everything you said about The Warning. As a 70yr old, I love all the bands that you mentioned. The Warning is on level with those bands.
