Honestly, seeing as you have a total of 96 manufacturers, You could reduce the number down to 64 by removing the inner most layer on both sides. Meaning you'd have 32 each side but, as a bonus, you can under clock some of them so that you have what would effectively be 50 of them, running, whilst having 64 total. Just mostly a random~ish thought I had, so that you don't have to completely dismantle the one side kind of thing. That or you could shove a third elevator part somehow into that building, which would be hilarious and probably rather painful.
I find the manufacturers the hardest thing to do when it comes to avoiding the spaghetti effect. I thought long and hard as to how and avoid the spaghetti. I like how you did it here. I recently started a new save and now I am playing with a handful of mods. Small ones but very useful. 300 more inventory, refined power (love hydro power), forever day time, expanded hover range and most important, early hover pack. Having the hover pack early makes building mega bases from the start so much more possible. In my mod save I am attempting no vehicles, no trucks, trains or drones. Belts only but I want it to look good so I am building belt bridges made of steel frames, they go out in every direction like a spider web, bringing in everything. I am really proud of this save so far. I highly recommend early hover pack for new saves. To avoid spaghetti I am using a bus strategy, stacking belts on top of each other creating a central resource bus that carries anything and everything. It is working so far.
Love seeing your videos. They always give me a new perspective on building. I was trying to go for a super clean build where you couldn't see any belts, and this makes me want to get belts everywhere.
"It's beautiful! Gorgeous!" And I think we can all agree it's a _giant_ pain in the ass to actually build, but definitely worth every bit of pain once complete 😂
Not sure if you have tried this kibitz, power scaffolding. Get a blueprint with a simple pillar structure preferably something thin like the small pillars or beams that has wall outlets and plug those to power. The only point is to have a power source within range of the work area so you can use the hover pack instead of the jetpack, increasing the mobility during construction. Like scaffolding you add enough pillars to cover the work area, vertically staking if needed and remove them after you are done.
Having a 3-way splitter is pretty handy when you need a multiple of 3 splitting. But when you need a power of 2 splitting, it becomes quite a mess. Edit: ah, for some rason I thought all 3 outputs had to be used, what you actually did is just the same design as with 2-way splitters. Yes, I'm a Factorio guy. But still, I like your videos! Pretty nice introduction to the game for me.
That is actually incredible. I have a hard time understanding how you much Manage the Mass of Materials, Transportation and Organization. I would really like to know many Ore Nodes you have Occupied til that Point.
that was very lucky with the 3 subfloors being the same height haha! looks awesome! ive never had a build go that smoothly :P usually i end up with like 2/3 or 3/4 parts working, then kinda cobble the last one cause ive spent so much time and dont feel like redoing it all hahaha!
Maybe you can make in an „window“ of concrete foundations with an background like the neon line at the factory an tone track using concrete-walls placed sideways, with the thin part against the neon wall, maybe from one of your songs? Just as an idea :)
I remember the stream where Kibz was agonizing over the zigzag pattern on that building for hours. And then he just gets frid of it in 2 seconds in this video. Hahaha.
got this game like a month or so ago played non stop didnt really do it to build or etc and def put belts into belts like a huge mess BUTT i beat the so far game in like 320hrs made all the space parts and finished ,so now im going back starting over this time just to build to kinda learn that aspect of the game .. great stuff ty for sharing your videos
I think you can also distribute the parts to the manufacturers at 11:30 by turning the lifts sideways and having the feed belts offset. Put all the same item lifts at the same height, walk them up in the direction they’re facing, and split into them from the feed line. It would look like this from the feed direction: | | L= | L= L=
You CAN just set up really basic versions of all this that crank out 0.5-2/min of these at a time, but the final space elevator parts (at least the current ones) take between 1000 and 4000 parts to satisfy the requirements, which ends up looking like 30-40 hours of just sitting watching parts slowly trundle in. Even more time if your system isn't efficient. Kibz is trying to do it at scale to make tons happen at once. If he hooked his current setup to the space elevator directly and turned it on once its fully operational, he'd be able to go from 0 to 100% phase 4 space elevator in 80 minutes.
With Frostpunk 2 announced and on the way, maybe you could venture back into that world with the DLC's? There's at least 4 out now! Each offers different challenges...and now there's an endless mode!
the building with that neon looks straight out of Tron. make the building black and it would be straight out of Tron lol. just gave me an idea.. greetings programs.
Can't you use the other manufacturers for the Thermal Propulsion Rocket and on the other half of the building for Assembly Director Systems? Also if no room to build the components in the main building, maybe have a smaller building off to the side hauling parts up vial a steep train single line for each component like a skip car on a iron furnace so get a bit more spice on that rather dull wall.
I only watch this series for 2 reasons: - I want to see when he is going to screw it up and he will have to say goodbye forever to the balance in the nuclear energy of his game file and put an end to the suffering of this industrialized exoplanet. - And because it doesn't exist on consoles yet.
I am waiting for the release. 1.0 will cost me a few months of my life, and I don't want to burn myself out until then. Not that that is possible, actually.
Well we can all pray that update 8 won’t send your world to the shadow realm like ur old factory
Isnt the shadow realm and reference to yugioh
@@1nk_sans.D.Error_chaos yes
I love how Kibitz always manages to do everything in the most chaotically organized-unorganized ways, and completely overly engineered
That neon blue strip flash almost killed me. I love it. Looks modern yet futuristic.
yea like a PS6
im so concerned that its the most watched part of the video, is everyone okay? 💀
Throwing flashbang !
That belt work is a piece of art, it reminded me of a wire wrapped stone pendant. I love this.
getting closer and closer to finishing phase 4, love it kibz keep it up!
4:01 i can remember this base that looked awensome
You should build a evil corp. tower for the next space elevator part. Like something the reaches super high.

THINK FAST CHUCKLENUTS!
The zig zag building with the tilted roof looked really cool
Kibz, your problem solving almost always turns into artwork!!
Fantastic! You should totally add a “showroom” to this building. Would be a fantastic feature to show off the work! Keep up the great work brother.
Nicely done Kibz!!! Another gem of a factory! keep them coming

Wait! That's the second space elevator part? It looks so good.
second out of 4 out of the last(?) step of the elevator.
I think that artpiece of beltwork should be nicknamed the church organ, because that's really the vibes it gives
The building is a marvel. Turned out really good with the belt work and the vertical louvers.
"It's beautiful! Gorgeous!" And I think we can all agree it's a _giant_ pain in the ass to actually build, but definitely worth every bit of pain once complete 😂
you can actually use industrial storage containers to split vertically
I love when you placed the billboard and you made it neon blue it played a flashbang sound
You must have been flashbanged during editing and I respect you for that
oh man that flashbang sound caught me off guard
Your design work is amazing to me since I don’t make walls in my factories lol
Even if you’re not into design it’s still a good idea to build walls to save fps
Love the video man, got my wisdom tooth pulled out so it’s nice to watch something chill lol
That end belt assembly looks B-E-A-Utiful
And the most interesting part is that a simple copper wire already is a magnetic filed generator

2:50 I remember when he said he didn't wanted to build another brain, yet here we are, apparently, lol
Man, it even looks good the second time seeing it!
you should try to put neon lights "next to" the belts that faces outwards.. only the sides of the belts, could look cool

Makes sense that Kibitz would Flash Bang Himself. Thats just a Kibitz moment in a Kibitz world.
I like how he says Visual Warning, but doesn't prepare himself for how bright it is!!
14:39 I'm upset Kibitz didn't just use a lift from bottom splitter to inlet of top splitter and then just put all items in the bottom splitter.
Yay another satisfactory video
Hello love the videos
Nice work Kibz!
I know this may not work but could maybe start anothet modded satisfactory series because I realy enjoyed watching the previous ones
I remember the stream where Kibz was agonizing over the zigzag pattern on that building for hours. And then he just gets frid of it in 2 seconds in this video. Hahaha.
*rid
Gotta finish everything before update 8 or DETH
Are you ever going to do they are billions again? A bunch of people including me would love it! It brings back the good old days!
Yea those manufacturer feed belts look amazing lol
Just amazing belt work. Love your vids
Just Want To Say You Can Click Crtl to Snap the machines on the green line to line it up

Kibitz you killed baronvongames in ravenfield landship video
You should make a central transport hub with like trains, trucks, and Drones
15:59 take away those middle platforms so it goes all the way up uninterrupted.
Amazing ! It looks like an organ (the instrument).
Throwing flashbang!
sometimes I wonder if we're playing the same game. Awesome factory
Haven´t things not been cracy already
you said you were making pasta before? NOW you are making REAL gourmet pasta
i watch these and im like, does it really take these massive projects to just build a space elevator?
Not to build the space elevator, to fulfill the orders FOR the space elevator.
@@monkeycigs4762 oh, thank you for the explanation!

Kibitz should make world that unsatisfactory
Never knew Kibitz had flashbangs on standby.
With Frostpunk 2 announced and on the way, maybe you could venture back into that world with the DLC's? There's at least 4 out now! Each offers different challenges...and now there's an endless mode!
I dig the neon band
Finally more satisfactory
ok was not expecting to see a billboard flashbang but a first for everything i guess :p
Here I am watching, while I barely gat past phase one of the space elevator.
Love when these video come out
the building with that neon looks straight out of Tron. make the building black and it would be straight out of Tron lol. just gave me an idea.. greetings programs.
I actually liked the old look. The new ones good too, but the old one was nice.
Good thing update 8 is coming soon
i cant build like that :) i make things chaotic ....but i will build accurat .....and you build awesome AND it look great !

I am amazed he did not put the conveyors backwards.
Oooooo! 5 mins, 500+ views. Spicy!
Splitters need to have an output to top and bottom that Lifts connect to, for a total of 5 outputs and 1 input.
splitters and mergers will snap to lifts but they do lack an input output on top and bottom still. I like your idea the more i think about it. ;)
Im so glad your not dead bro you are my childhood i was in tears when i herd from tik tok pls return realistic minecraft pls kibis pls capitan kibiz
I always forget that you are making all these factories, and collecting all these materials, just to make space elevator food.
5:45 flashbang!
What is next. I'm so excited for the next video
i did everything you have done in this series, in 5 hours
from Hub upgrade 1 to Space Elevator Phase 4 done, in like 5.9 hours
We all know thats a lie
@@brxnninot really if you quit making mega bases and don't care about spaghetti it can be done
why do i feel dejavu frm this build looks like your last season "monster" if i rmb correctly

tune in on the next video where he realizes the center piece is off center and he reworks the whole buildings side again :P
Love your videos! Also, a mod that might help you with balancing out belts, check out Modular Load Balancers.
How many /min are your output?
sink the nuclear pasta! messy factory!

No questions
the neon strip should definitely go in the middle band of the factory face, not the top band
I want to load this save on my own computer and just watch things move on belts
