- I flew from Manchester, UK to Brussels, BE on Brussels Airlines. Brussels Airlines is the flag carrier and largest airline of Belgium, based and headquartered at Brussels Airport. They fly to over 120 destinations in Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia.
I had a poor experience at Manchester Airport. The employees at security were extremely slow and kept sending my carry-through the machine, flagging it, and digging it apart for at least 25 minutes. Thankfully, Brussels Airlines was quite enjoyable, and I'd recommend them for short flights like this because they did a full drink/snack service.

I've consistently flown with Brussels airlines long and short haul. They've been great flights with great service and amazing crew members. You've gotta try their long haul business product to or from NY some day :)
Another excellent video..really loved it. Great coverage at the beginning till boarding. And great views during flight..but pls explain next time better where you are and what we see. Great camera work in harmony with the music. And brilliant and crisp images of your cam. As I am looking for a new phone pls let me know which cam/phone you used for this video!
QFS avation doesn't use a phone to film his videos but he does have an iPhone XS. I would recommend a Nokia 5.1 or Samsung A7.

Sad to see the Thomas Cook fleet about to come to a complete stand still !! Nice views once you had cleared the rain clouds! Reasonable flight I thought...expensive snacks though !! 7 is a pretty good score in my humble opinion !!

Nice video. I agree, terminal 2 at Manchester Airport is awful. It is in the process of being rebuilt though, so hopefully you and I will see a much better facility in future. See, I'm not always critical. 😉

Take my word for it. FLY JET2. Best airline ever staff are lively. And they aren’t affected by the staff strikes as they have there own ground equipment and check in agents. You can choose the destination but great airline 👍👍👍
I can't get over that onboard menu! Tell me that is hot chips they serve onboard. If it is I'm impressed.

Non Budget Airlines arent suppose to charge for Hot/Cold Drinks. If you ever want to fly with them I would buy food or beverages and bring it onboard.

No, they are part of the Lufthansa group. Lufthansa wanted Brussels Airlines to be a low cost airline, they didn’t do it because it was going to be profitable.

seems basic service on Brussels Airlines.this airline is the resurrection of Sabena Belgian World Airlines which went Bankrupt just after 9/11 .Noticed that all signage is in English not French/Flemish-Belgiums official languages-reflecting EU regs.

A wacky thought that nobody else would have--I'm imagining you on this flight,flying into thick cloud cover,you pop out the other side,having time-traveled back to WWII when the Nazis occupied France and Belgium--the troops see a strange aircraft,using their massive anti-aircraft guns,attempt to shoot you down! Why so negative about Manchester Airport? Terminals 1 and 3 definitely aren't the best, but T2 is fine.
Plus the staff kept flagging and digging though his bag over and over again. I prefer to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

Why are European airlines so terrible. No food or drinks. You have to pay. No entertainment options. Not even a USB port. Very poor service.
Mate I'll be frank. You devalue your entire trip reports as not entirely credible with your scoring system. You have 4/10 for IFE. For what?? When I looked I didn't see any individual TV screens. Now this is the 21st century - anything less than that should be 0/10. Radio or overhead screens just doesn't cut it (not that I saw that). So how did they score 4?. And a magazine is not IFE.
Have you ever flown intra-European? You NEVER get personal TV screens. It's not a standard as you think it is.

Seeing that Quintin flew out of MAN just before Cook's demise,have to wonder if management knew the end was near but chose not to reveal it to anybody,airline staff included--everybody found out the hard way,read that the UK had the largest peacetime repatriation of their citizens,one flight home even used an A380!
