I like this review alot. But i have a question, when using samsung earbuds on my pc. Doing a game the sound is good, but when adding a discord app or xbox party chat the sound quality just fades to something like a old sega sound. Is this Razer hammerhead that can do this without a problem ? the multisound things and still be great quality ?? I seen seen AD about Avantree fixed this, but i also hope Razer does not have this problem anymore, please let me know!

Hi Abel! That's the Razer Wireless Charger that was originally released for Razer Phone and Razer Phone 2 :) Though It doesn't work that well with iPhones due to the dual coil design...
Hey I was doing some reading on these headphones and I'm not sure if this applies to the previous version but when you are gaming on pc with the low latency mode on, some are saying that you cannot use the mic. The mic only works with pc when you are not using the low latency mode, is that true?
can I also use this for when I am in bed watching tiktok etc? Because at the end of the day. I lay in my bed watching tiktok and most of my earbuds with wires are broken. So I am wondering if the earbuds are good outside of gaming?
but do these have 2 different audio channels? like how the Nari Ultimate, as example, has Chat and Game channels, do these have 2 different channels too?

Hi Domz! The game audio demonstration in the video is from AirPods Pros on COD Mobile running on Android 9, with a little delay. I chose to exclude the True Wireless part because there was no "noticeable" delay, so the video will be shorter. (But as I get quite a couple of requests for a comparison, I am regretting that I excluded that part >

My earbuds dont charge, turn themselfs out, stop music without interacting with them... LOW BATTERY after like 20 Hours of charging on cable. I love the sound and bass is great - what a shame...
Hi Michael! Thank you. The earbuds can be used to chat in game when connected to PC over Bluetooth. Just make sure your windows audio settings are set to notice this as a wireless headset instead of a hands free device.

As for connecting to multiple devices, it can "remember" up to 3 devices for easy switching without going into pairing mode, but cannot be used by the 3 devices at the exact same time. You will still need to go into bluetooth to connect to the Hammerhead TW Pros when you want to switch to another device :) Hope this helps ^^
Anybody here using Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X? Having this issue for quite some days now. Right bud automatically turns off seconds after being taken off the cradle. Checking online but no solid resolution. Anybody have the same problem? How did you fix it? I found a work around, but it is not a solution. Share yours, I'll share mine.
Hi Big Flexx! Did you purchase directly from Razer or their authorized distributor? I have seen similar cases where non-official distributors selling refurbished or "returned" headsets with their first Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds. But either way, it should be covered by Razer's 2 Year warranty, so send them a claim and ask them to send you a brand new one :)
Hi Joe! Thanks for watching ^^ Any bluetooth dongle that supports bluetooth 5.1 or 5.2 will work with these earbuds for your PC. Just be sure to pick one up from a reputable brand instead of those strange Chinese brands so that the dongle will last longer :)
Hi fandi foe! You could if it is not submerged in water or directly under sustained water splashes (under the shower), but it is highly not recommended because the water resistant rating of IPX4 means it is only resistant to low pressure water splashes from any direction that is not sustained. So if it were to fall into your bath, or accidentally go into a stream of water from the showerhead, it will likely be damaged. Hope this helps ^^
Hi Hung Pham! It's useable for gaming on PC/laptops/phones/portables especially if you are gaming on the go, but ideally, a good full size headset is the better choice if you are gaming at home due to the larger drivers in full size headsets delivering more powerful sound. ^^
Also be warned, on PC these (and almost all bluetooth earbuds) are recognized as headphones and a headset mic separately. They will work on things like discord where the mic and headphones aren't used at the same time, but these will not work as a game chat headset in games like Warzone. You can only either use the headset or the mic, you cannot use them at the same time. I use these as my headphones and a desktop microphone as my mic.
Hi afrokidd214! The audio latency shown in the video was for Android 9. It's unclear because I forgot to label it in the video lol. There was a slight delay compared to iOS when using Gaming Mode. I didn't show the iOS because I myself can't hear the delay that clearly. But thanks for pointing it out ^^
Hi KiuudeN! You will need to adjust the sound settings to make PC use it as headphone and not a "handsfree device". It's under device and printers of control panel. See if that works.

Judging from what you mentioned and what a few other Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (originals) users have also experienced , it could be two possibilities: 1. The earbuds have a faulty Bluetooth chip or 2. There was a problem during firmware update (if they were updated) May I know what phone model you are using? And does your earbuds have the Razer warranty?
Hi christian de guzman! Yeah it did lol! The only way to keep these bad boys in is by using the comply foam tips otherwise any extensive movements will make them fall out. But they do stay in longer compared to the original True Wireless buds (which will fall off after the first shake) 😝
Hi Syed Faiz! Sorry to make you and a couple of other viewers confused. The audio latency I showed in the video with Call of Duty Mobile, is a demo of how the sound delays which I capture from an android phone, but Forgot to label it. It doesn’t differentiate much from when gaming on an iOS device, but There will be a little bit more audio latency on older Bluetooth phones (Bluetooth 4.1 and older). Hope that clarifies it for you.

I just got mine and I notice when I have the anc on, the left earbud goes out.
Can they be used independently from each other?
Hi Rocky2300! You could use one earbud at a time, but to pair each one to different devices, I am not sure how to make it happen.
