Oud is Arabic ... u can explode with ur hate
Keep calm and live the Arabic music ..
Persian .?? Hahaha all Persian has Arabic names , even there Alfa bet is Arabic , more ? Even 30-45% of Persian language has Arabic origin
Oud is Arabic word for the instrument, and has deep meaning in Arabic and it’s pure Arabic word
Secondarily: oud is produced by Arabs and Muslims , so it’s Arabic
U can burn from Insude but this Fact 😂😅😂😊👌🏼 Arabic oud is Arabic ;)

this piece is actually call Al Qantara and was inspired entirely by the similarities of traditional flamenco guitar and (eastern mediterranean) taqism due to the moorish influence of music in Spain. He discusses it in an interview with susan lewis.

La guitarra española desciende directamente de la música árabe, en algo se han de parecer.
Es la verdad es hermoso

Amazing sound! To think that before 1492, you could walk over the French border into Southern Spain,(Al Andalus!!) & hear this glorious music!!...Western European musicians were greatly influenced by Eastern Sound!
The guitar was born based on the Oud
This is Flamenco guitar
Rafael Vargas Cano ik im late but im gonna point this out arabs invaded spain and occupied it for almost half a mellinium (if thats how you spell it) and brought arabic literature including your beloved guitar you think that ancient arabs were the made in china of their time sadly muslims and arabs detest alchol but what we did was bring the word alchol in to the english dictonary or vocabulary or whatever. thank you for your humble giving a shit

You're looking at a Guitar or Oud you asshole? lmao, Oud was made more then 4000 years ago, and yet you're saying this is flamingo hahahahahahahaha

@@mansouralrayssi8751 In Arabic Alcohol are chemicals. Khamr is the word for spiritual drinks that makes you drunk. So we don't say wine and wiskey are alcohols, we say they're Khamr. Alcohol is more scientific.

Wow, this is the first time, I have even heard of an Oud, and I am loving it.
I think there is a sort of "raw' nature to the sound, which gives it a very oriental feel.
A true virtuoso playing it makes it sound divine!

dimos kratos Simon Shaheen lives in the States, many American know him as an Arabic american Oud Master, so what do you expect them to type? in Arabic?
Another thing there are many Arab in USA or In the UK have no arabic Keyboard so they type in English.
It is Not show off or something as you think. You should be proud of being Arab and others write comments in English to show none Arab that Arab have culture and arts.
Magnificent beyond words.

Thank you for this music. It's beautiful. Greeting from Switzerland and Thailand. Nathanaël
enjoy the music and appreciate the artist without being a racist
sam teria,well said...
Yes. This music was absolutely beautiful. I'm in appreciation that members of my own species, as in human, were able to produce such beauty. I couldn't care less where on our planet they were born, what language they speak, or what color their skin is.
I'm glad that despite the hatred, people are connected through music. This music is beautiful and comes from the heart. No political or religious ideology can taint this beauty.
I don't know why someone would be distracted by race instead of such admirable tones (can't really imagine that); music doesn't belong to any race because all races like same music, so music is an universal language because all races feel it the same way, or all races feel the same way and they converge in music, I don't know; but's undeniable that music shows us that we're beyond any kind of shape or matter.
I wished I was Arabian to have learned this instrument earlier.
That's my racism.
theres something about fretless instruments that make it so much more badass and authentic

شكرا ودمتم سالمين.
A consummate artist for whom I have always had great respect. Thanks to a dear mutual friend (a "Greek Goddess") who introduced me to his music!
imagine a man talking aout thing that make him mad...asking questions, walking around, explaining, and another man, an old man saying ,, son sit down and listen to this story that will teach you how life goes around,, ....then the flute starts, the first man asking questions the old man answering then telling the story, then contradicting them selves then the olnd man continuing the story......
Well I too heard the instruments talking...
Incredible authentic sound!!!! Adding to my wishlist!!!
Love the Oud especially the way this incredibly gifted Son of God plays!!! Hallelujah!!! 🙏💖✌️
I love his sound and his playing. He throws in the Flamenco pieces every once in awhile which fit perfectly. One time he started to bring in the Flamenco and the Flutist came in and broke it. That's ok though, it still sounded awesome. I purchased an Oud and started to learn but after a shoulder operation I couldn't play due to the pain. I still pick it up every once in awhile but mostly just look at it....
Great piece of music and great sound as well
Thank You from Idaho, US
