We are working on updating some of the videos in our collection. Nowadays we have more of a modular setup and the installation of each component of the ST3 has it's own video. Try searching the part number of the specific parts you are installing on our website, instead of the ST3 kit as a whole. And as always, give us a call for any help along the install process. 801-713-3314

Im in the middle of my install right now, using this video as a guide. If you support your jeep on the frame with 4 8-ton jackstands, you can fully drop the axles to remove and install the springs. I used ratcheting tie-downs and my floor jack to manipulate the axles, and line up the holes. If you have a Jeep, you should probably have access to those items. Some notes I've made so far on this video; he initially installed the rear brake line relocation brackets backwards. Also, it is unfathomable why this kit does not contain the 2 nuts that should go to the exhaust spacer bolts...

Just installed this kit on my 2014 jku jeep this video is helpful but does not include a lot of steps that are needed for a jku or 2012 and above.
    1. drilling the holes for the rear straps on the upper control mount of the rear axel do this BEFORE you put the springs on. (Or own a 90° drill)
    2. relocate the rear breather tube from the rear axel.
    3. jku you will have to drill two holes into the skid plate to tilt it away from the drive shaft. (I found it easier to reuse the driver side bolt and drill just one extra hole.)
    4. the front driver lower strap mount you will need a 90° drill for a 1/2 hole.
    5. you will need a steel plate and your scissor jack to install the rear bump stop cups. (idc what they say it does NOT pop into place easily.) support the rear axel with jack stands and put the scissor jack on the axel and the steel plate on top put the front of the cup on as best you can and then just jack up the jack until it snaps into place. (it makes a loud pop)
    6. Make sure you have RTV black silicone before you begin!
    7. when installing the rear shocks put the tube towards the rear of the vehicle.
That's what I remember, sorry it's in a random order, good luck!

Khalil Al Janahi. Adjust your track bar or the bracket then you might align the front end.

I had the three inch mopar lift installed through my local dealer because of warranty issues. If you purchase through the dealer and have them install it the warranty is not voided.

Does Teraflex have any interest in producing an Australian legal ADR 3+inch lift in mind?

You can still reuse the stabilizer and that is the TeraFlex #2610000 exhaust spacer.

so if ya go with a 3" lift you dont need to do a front drive shaft? now is that why the mopar lift comes with the limiting straps? so that the axle wont drop down as far so you dont have the drive shaft rubbing on the exhaust? and also if you do the exhaust spacer and use the mopar lift can you then remove the limiting straps so you can flex better? my 07 i had a 3" lift and flexed it all the way and never had a problem with my front drive shaft.
    thanks dave.

What?!! Mopar had a teraflex 3” lift kit for the jk!!!! And it comes with a sick ass hydro bump stop too!! Damn y’all!! The JT gladiators need something like this. Common teraflex, come out with a nice 3-4” lift kit for the JT gladiators!
I’ll volunteer my gladiator rubicon for your testing purposes, and I’ll post install and review videos of it on RUclips! Yay!

We sure did. Maybe something we could work out in the future! Would be a fun collaboration.

TeraFlexSuspensions the gladiator is a platform that almost 80% of its owners will want to modify it as soon as it comes off the dealer lot. At this point, there’s not much actual good full kits out there. And like it’s projected selling numbers, it was way beyond what they thought. I’m guessing same with aftermarket parts too, the projected number of owners wanting to buy lift kits and aftermarket has greatly exceeded the hypothesis of experts.
Terafex is a company that’s well known for leading the industry, so Really think you guys should be one of the first to come out with a nice full lift kit, similar to this jk kit, but made for the JT. No one on the market has a full kit that comes with a nice hydro bump stop. Waiting for a nice full kit from you guys!!

Wondering if you can answer one or two questions please, 1.) Do you still use the factory steering stabilizer? 2.) Where did you get the exhaust extension kit from?
All and all great video, I'm a Jeep tech and I'm gonna get an opportunity to do one of the 3 inch lift kits, but have only done the 2 inch kits for now.

pretty good video Dennis, thanks. Makes me wish I lived close to your shop to get the work done by specialists who know what they are doing. How close is the performance of the new Mopar Stage 3 Lift Kit to the Teraflex 3" bump stop lift kit and what is the general price difference in estamated %? How much do you charge to do this install currently?

This kit looks like the S/T 3 kit.

You are correct! Except that the ST/3 has a front trackbar included and MOPAR no longer offers this Stage 3 kit.
