"Bunch of people walking around, bumping into each other... guy at the front a says 2+2, everyone in the back says 4.... It's not a place for smart people."
Little teenage Lisbon, trying so hard to protect the vulnerable boys in her life, and little teenage Jane, wanting just one person to know who he really was and love him anyways. And look at that: they found each other. Maybe our instincts don't change, maybe we do go in behavioral circles, but it doesn't have to be a closed loop, it can be a forward spiral.
later in season 5, e. 17, it is confirmed that she did in fact play the clarinet. it's when they are looking at the dead girl's body and Jane notices a blues tune tattooed on the leg.

They doubt him because he sees more than he ever lets on. its a game for him. he likes to watch and tease the solution as the team try to figure out hes already at the finish line
I personally have to say that I watched Castle to think that Castle was nothing but a genius, however, I go on to watch the Mentalist and this show completely outweighs and outshines Castle in every way.

Oh my god. Considering that image is literally everything in high school, Patrick would have been a god damned shark capable of ripping anyone from freshman to senior apart like tissue paper. Someone who can just look at you and see everything about you and what you're trying to hide? Patrick would have been the undisputed shadow king of any high school he could have gone to.
LOL!!!. When Jane says this line to Lisbon i completely lost it. Especially for the last half of the statement. LMFAO XD Here's the line at 1:25 "...shutting out girls that wanted to hang out with you, blowing off boys that want to get close." The way that he phrased this statement is just so freaking hilarious that i am literally ROFLing. Thank soooo much for posting this clip on youtube OP. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. OP

Upload Season 1 episode where Grace is duped by a man fooling her into a romantic thing, thereon when Grace n Jane are held hostage at gunpoint, the man asks Grace what her hometown "Idoha" is famous for, to which Jane says "Gullible Women"😂 (it's one of many hilarious retorts darted by Jane throughout the show😂🤪)
Watching this show, you actually begin to pick up things without realizing. The other day I called my sister out when she lied to me, and then I was like "Hold up. Did I just do a Jane? Awesome." Haha. :D I love this show for so many reasons... This scene is cute. Actually, the whole episode is. :)
Jane is 100% correct here, even fucking 30 years later there are people i STILL hate and if i saw drowning would "lose" all the lifejackets for. People fundamentally do not change, only the circumstances that they are living in change.
Your comment makes no sense, your hatred for people has nothing to do with the ability that people change. Lets say a guy from my year in high school did something really bad to me, if i see this guy at a reunion, and he is a changed man, he is good, has kids and a wife, is not the guy he was before and he is sorry. Now, we can say that this guy certainly changed his life. Would i still be mad at him? Yes ofc i would. The fact that he changed afterwards has nothing to do with what he did to me.
People can change in the same circumstances. If not, how is it possible to remain in the same circle of friends, family and other people, but stop drinking or smoking? Please think twice before you comment something. Thank you for your time.
He was a member of the Jane family. They were carnies. He had an act; as “the boy wonder” and was taught mentalism and general grifting. His wife was also a Carnie but her family were carnie royalty. They both hated the life and ran off from it together. The carnival folks have one rule: either you’re in on the game or you’re a fair mark. Angela’s family wasn’t pleased with Patrick for taking her away from the life; but they respected that he provided a good life for her with a big house, nice cars, etc.
Not only did she play the bass clarinet, she played the violin and piano. It was at that moment when I knew that it wasn't Ash. Ashelynn does not have a widow's peak either. They, in fact, signed their own death warrants, period. My daughter did not just have ballet lessons, Ashelynn had private ballet lessons. Ashelynn has a three hundred thousand dollar education.
You don't actually have to go to school to learn those skills. They're rudimentary and anyone without a brain injury will pick those up without having to be taught them.
