I think there is a huge market for very low priced (£5000) 2 -4 seaters very small ev cars, just for going for shopping, pick up kids to n fro schools. No need big batteries, just normal 3 pins charge at home. max speed of 50mph, low insurance.
Ohh lordy lordy!! The prices are eye wateringly high. ORA start at £7k for a "proper" car. Chang Li start at 1200£! for a 2 seat "golf cart" type run around. You can get an original bug converted to EV for less than 7k
@@automotiveterritory I would say the ORA does yes, as long as extras are not important to you. The Chang Li, no, but if money is tight, they are a perfectly reasonable option, rather like the Twizzy but half the price!
As much as I would want one just to drive from Gallup to Albuquerque is 127 MI and no place to charge in between if it had at least a 225 mile range I would buy it today
That is nice electric car for those who can afford to buy . We are only watching this video because it can entertain with us even we cannot afford to buy this kind of car, we love it because it is very cute and adorable.
I like all the new electric car. All are cute. When will be available. Can you deliver here in Philippines. How much is one unit that is very affordable price to a middle class
While these are cute to look at, I personally don't think these cars should exist. They take up more space compared to the amount of passengers and cargo carried. Cars shouldn't be made smaller than the VW POLO.
You just don't get that there is a giant difference between what people want and what they need. Smart have always provided what people need but never made money. Daimler only keeps it in production because of it's mileage and CAFE.
i guess the e-skoda, sister of the e-up, would be even cheaper, although almost the same. But how about the small e-vehicle that was projected by the MIT and had to be built in Spain, it really looked nice, is it dead and burryied ?
Out of the trio Skoda iV, SEAT Mii and VW up! I chose to feature only the original platform, but you are right that the other two could be even more affordable. As for the Hirico project, it seems to be dead.

How much do you think a compact city EV should cost?
Hi Paul. Are you my cousin in England?
That's life.
I'm sure they would have sold them cheaper if they could afford it...
Love the VW Beatle. Love the retro look. Keep the cost down!
You and me both! Nice choice
This video talks rubbish. The price for the shown version is about 120,000$. They are converted from old gasoline beetles by a 3rd party workshop.
Der e-kafer... VW bug😍. Please make it happen.
It would be amazing to see more of these on the roads.
Ya seriously seems like a no brainer..... A stylish classic with a electric system. Probably could get a decent range with it to. Better than other small cars.
I like the retro VW, But the Honda was nice also
Very nice picks, thanks!
Can I please ask someone if this small SMART EQ FORTWO is on SALE in AUSTRALIA? Thanks.
I like the microlino 2.0 cute office car for daily up down 😊
Is it your favorite of them all?
How can I perches this vehicle? Is there an agent in Sri Lanka?
There is a list of official manufacturer websites in the description
One year later and I haven’t seen any of these in the states.
But I like the Bug version
25% tariffs make it tough
Wish we could get them in the USA. My favorite one is the next to last.
The Baojun E300 I would love one of those
Nice choice!
How much and from where we can buy?

Still waiting in Holland for the Citroen Ami One. When is it here?...I WANT IT.
Have you tried requesting this information from their official website? I left a link to it in the description.
@@automotiveterritory Yes I have looked them up in France and also in Belgium. Also the dutch Citroen dealer / importer. But nothing else than "soon / in a short time / this year" and such.
I have not phoned them yet. See I have a very small ICE car already, no need now fot this yet. But I like one to have.
I see. I have heard they news that these will be available for rent in France (like in car sharing systems). If this concept catches on, maybe they will expand to other countries.
Automotive Territory: Trending News & Car Reviews True. In France you can drive them when you're just 16 years old. And you see a lot in Paris, like a city rental car / private Uber.
I want to purchase ev now, in fact; thousands of person waiting for ev, but companies r delaying supply, they will be remained in loss for their late launching
What model are you considering?
I will love to bay the betel E. How can get one.
Check out the description to the video. All of the links are there
What about the changli? It's only $1,200!
Is it available in your country?
@@automotiveterritory I'm currently investigating that
Honda e for me! But I’d love the VW Käfer
Both are amazing options.
These car going to instant HIT in INDIA.... From the day started.... All Indians looking these type of small cars.
Where doi buy one
The left the information about manufacturers in the description
I love electric vehicles, and I'm waiting for them since I had 15 years old .....nearly 37 years ago. Fortunately we are starting to have a wide range of models to choose , But VW IT HAS LOST ALL CREDIBILITY.
Yo nunca compraré un vw.
I will not buy a vw never.
I'm glad for you that the selection is so wide besides the VW models then
I think there is a huge market for very low priced (£5000) 2 -4 seaters very small ev cars, just for going for shopping, pick up kids to n fro schools. No need big batteries, just normal 3 pins charge at home. max speed of 50mph, low insurance.
Would be nice to have more options in this segment for sure.
Ohh lordy lordy!! The prices are eye wateringly high.
ORA start at £7k for a "proper" car. Chang Li start at 1200£! for a 2 seat "golf cart" type run around.
You can get an original bug converted to EV for less than 7k
Do those cars that you mentioned provide similar specifications for a lower price?
@@automotiveterritory I would say the ORA does yes, as long as extras are not important to you. The Chang Li, no, but if money is tight, they are a perfectly reasonable option, rather like the Twizzy but half the price!
Thanks for the insights
As much as I would want one just to drive from Gallup to Albuquerque is 127 MI and no place to charge in between if it had at least a 225 mile range I would buy it today
That is nice electric car for those who can afford to buy . We are only watching this video because it can entertain with us even we cannot afford to buy this kind of car, we love it because it is very cute and adorable.
We all hope that these could be more affordable in the future. The used models are getting more reasonably priced now.
Hell yeah the vw bug is perfect
I like all the new electric car. All are cute. When will be available. Can you deliver here in Philippines. How much is one unit that is very affordable price to a middle class
There is a list of websites in the description, where you can learn more about all of the mentioned models.
Where can I get one?
The list of official manufacturers' websites is in the description.
8. min why is there a Prince when it does not come to Production?
While these are cute to look at, I personally don't think these cars should exist. They take up more space compared to the amount of passengers and cargo carried.
Cars shouldn't be made smaller than the VW POLO.
Might as well save 20 grand and by a GOLF CART !!
Well, there are countries with narrow roads, where big cars are impractical to say the least.
@@automotiveterritory but they cause traffic congestion in cities just like big cars while only carrying two (almost always, only one) passengers.
I want to bay one how do I get it
There is the list of official websites in the description. Information about local availability could be obtained there.
You just don't get that there is a giant difference between what people want and what they need. Smart have always provided what people need but never made money. Daimler only keeps it in production because of it's mileage and CAFE.
Mileage? What do you mean by that? They discontinued the ICE version and it's available as an EV only.
@@automotiveterritory I guess that is why I just saw on the MB Canada page that sale of Smarts have been discontinued in Canada and the US as of 2019.
Yep. Same fate for the Fiat 500, it's all Electric only now
You missed the best one. Uniti one
I talked about it in my previous videos. Here I wanted to mention newer or upcoming models.
VW-💪👍❤
Your favorite of them all?
i guess the e-skoda, sister of the e-up, would be even cheaper, although almost the same.
How can the Citroen be purchased?
The list of all models and official sites of their manufacturers can be found in the description.
Automotive Territory: Trending News & Car Reviews What description? Where is this description? In the video? It’s not in comments. Where? What number footage in the video? Why make this so difficult? Just put it out there and make it readily accessible! ☺️🥺🤓🥴🤡
when arrival to philippines?
Which model are you inquiring about?
I resonate with the title... minus the electric car part
Not a big fan of EVs?
@@automotiveterritory Some people just like paying more for energy I guess.
Bro where do I buy one
There is a list of official resources in the description. You may look up local availability there.
Nice snall EV cars review idol. Thanks for sharing! Shoutout! #MOVEONTV
I want the e-beetle 🙂
It's a very fun small car for sure.
