I thought for sure there would be a "Dude you're getting a Dell!" joke somewhere here

Can you explain the power button failure? I bought this motherboard and stuck it in a NZXT H5 flow, and I’m getting a power button failure and it won’t boot from my drive or install windows properly. Thanks for any help!!

On the motherboard there is a diagram pin out printed on the board:
      |9|7|5|3|1|
      |0|8|6|4|2|
Note: Number 0 is no pin
      1-HD LED+ 3-HD LED-
      2-FP LED+ 4-FP LED-
      5-GND 6-PWR BNT
      7-RST BNT 8-GND
      9-DET
To fix power botton failure alert, please connect [PIN 5 GND] with [PIN 9 DET]
and you will boot to windows directly. Thank you.

Ok ok. Now my case f panel connector uses pins 2,4, 6, 8. Will I still be good to put a jumper from 5 to 9?

Honestly, Dell designs their PCs to be non-upgradable 😂. Personally, I cut a fan extension cable and wired it from a motherboard screw hole to Pin number 9, because the PC case serves as the grounding point.

I just did the same with mine. Just mashed a wire end to #9 and grounded it on the mobo screw like ya said. No more issues! Thank you so much!!

That sounds like an interesting project! Good luck with the case swap on your Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 SFF. Let me know how it goes. Case swapping can be a fun challenge.I’ve done a few case swaps myself. It’s always exciting to give a PC a fresh look.

In my opinion not worth it. The case would cost me here 100 Euro on Amazon. And I pay at least another 50 Euro for the flex ATX powersupply if not more. That is quite some premium for only updated looks. Usually the Dell, HP and Lenovo OEMs are fine for basic computing but don't throw money on them to make them look fancy. The mainboards can't keep up with aftermarket stuff from Gigabyte, Asus or MSI.

In this video, I want to show you that the Dell Precision T3630, 3640, and 3650 motherboards are regular Micro ATX motherboards that can be easily swapped to another case. You may also swap those PC parts for another chassis and power supply you already have. I bought the case and the power supply for $47 plus $6 shipping from the Chinese website Taobao.
