Thanks for sharing! I just started Nightwing as 1 of my only 2 DC books and his charactr is better balanced than Batman. I'm tired of all the dark, brooding, obsessive Batman books lol. Also, why did you drop FF? I finished collecting and reading all the Byrne run and the Simonson run and really enjoyed these remarkable eras. Now, I want to get some more FF action so I am going to pick up the first 3 issues of the current FF
Ryan North actually writes a decent story and FF usually has good art. Hard to believe, but I think FF may be Marvel's best book right now (but in their current state, that isn't saying much for Marvel - the bar is really low over there right now). "Deadly Tales" sounds like it could be good. I'll check it out for sure. I hope Javi gets a proper cowboy hat in this book!
People are nuts with these pulls, so many great books off the list. My list: Absolute Batman #3, Arcbound #2(I'll give it one more issue to grab me), Batman and Robin: Year One #3, Deadly Tales of the Gunslinger Spawn #1, G.I. Joe #2, Green Lantern / Green Arrow: World's Finest Special #1, Plastic Man No More! #4, The Rocketfellers #2, The Sacrificers #13, The Savage Sword of Conan #6, Ultimate Spider-Man #12
I’ve been reading FF on digital it’s honestly one of the best 616 books out there imo. The issue where Johnny hooks up with a centipede alien was a little wierd though. But other than that it’s been really solid I would say if you like FF you should check it out. It’s probably going to remain a digital read for me though because the art is kind of meh and I just don’t feel the urge to collect it.
I’m surprised to see no Image comics in the top 10 or 15, my pulls this week are Absolute Batman Ultimate Spiderman The Moon is following us I’m debating on jumping on Action comics or waiting for the current story to end
Most of my highly anticipated comics are not on this list but that's because I have veered away from Marvel and DC. Arcbound, The Rocketfellers, The Sacrificers, Plastic Man No More, and GI Joe are my top 5 most anticipated. And the one sleeper pick for me is Challengers of the Unknown after I heard some amazing comments from early reviews about this comic!
IMO Absolute Batman has not been that great, my favorite Absolute book is Wonder Woman. Don't want to say much but be sure to read Ultimate Spider-Man all the way to the end. 🙂
At first I didn't like the weekly releases but what it has been doing well is set up the continuity between all the other DC titles which I don't think would be done as well with a monthly release
I’m diggin Absolute Batman

Solid list! Pretty much what I’m grabbing. Enjoy your reading!
What’s up, Mike! Have you seen the Action Comics Mark Spears Variant this week?! Awesome work!
Deadly Tales I think is gonna be a huge sleeper hit.
I’m just shocked that that many ppl are still reading Spider-Man.
Going to be an expensive week!!

These are the pull numbers through the League of Comic Geeks website.

I think the only DC book not on my pull list on this top 10 is Nightwing. I’m just not feeling the character lately.

Thank god the weekly action comics is ending. I’m assuming the weekly status explains how unbelievably weak the art has been.
