At the end of season 2, Logan tells Ken "You Have To Be A Killer". I mean if that is just not exceptional irony playing out... Kendall was bedeviled in that Boardroom from the moment we met him. He might very well be the most tragic character HBO has given us since DeQuan aka "Dookie" from "The Wire"...

I am super satisfied with this finale. It was simply incredible how everything ended. I had a feeling it would end the way it ended, but I did not in the slightest expect it to go down that way.
My boy Tom was the only one who could have possibly been victorious out of that circle of characters (siblings and family members). Sure I have no doubt Jesse and his team could have gone the route of Kendall coming out on top, and it would have had it's own poetic sense to it calling back to the very beginning, but there would be one thing missing... the element of tragedy.
At it's core this show is a Shakespearean tragedy, and the way they ended it completely encapsulates that.
