The Konami made huge mistake not to split to PES and e-football, the only on-line option will never bring attantion to most of people that hate cheating or other network lagging issues, that kills the game spirit!
It's interesting and I think it might benefit the EA game's experience. Currently, EA has a hegemony on football games pretty much, especially that PES fell off since the name change. If things go right, EA might have real competitors in a couple years time, forcing them to improve or lose players to the other games, if they're better. Another plus is football fans won't have to spend £100 access fee each year as most games are free to play, opening them to a broader base of potential customers that might give them a go. Goals and UFL even has a bigger advantage by being supported by an influencer respected by many in the community and the other CR7.

PES had a stadium builder in PES 2012 and PES 2013, bit odd that they removed that in PES 2014 but it could work for FIFA. Custom Jerseies and sponsors is a bit hard, if they want licensed sponsors they would have to negotiate with the companies themselves and with the clubs to feature the sponsors on the kits, if they want generic sponsors they would still have to negotiate with the clubs. I just want a game with a realistic career... I am a American so the US doesn't compete in the Euros so I picked a underdog team in Iceland to be my Europe team I love the country its beautiful and I wanna visit someday (I didn't know the whole history of the team before but I'm still rocking with them) and I want to be able to make a character make a little back story for him and have him come up from the smallest club possible like a MLS or a Argentina club maybe to a smaller club in England like someone down in the National leauge and play as him and build that club up as a player and try and get it into the top 5 divisons... then I want to be able to retire the player when ever I want I don't want a 15-20 year limit on his career I want this dude to be popping his hip out of place and shattering his knee to end his career and forced into retirement... I also what them to add a system where depending on how you do in your career is how you retire, if you rode the bench it's just a nice send off from the boys, if you won the silverware for the club maybe wom the Euros once or twice for your country you get a nice retirement your last match for your club and maybe even your country, but if you win a World Cup, win the Ballon Dor, break records and just go crazy you get like a cutscene where your retirement is televised and all over social media and stuff like that... I think that's how it should be for all sports games but they want to focus more on the online aspect and the money hungry parts and its fucking sick we as players for any sports video game, American or European football, baseball, baskebtall, racing games like Nascar or F1, Hockey, fucking cricket idc we should have the full experience sense they make billions and billions of dollars a year pumping out the same damn shit every year... in Fifa 23 you don't even get your own teams stadium I am from Ohio I'm a Columbus Crew fan and I put my player on the team in Columbus and they don't even use the real fucking stadiums yeah for the big Clubs and the Premier Leauge they do of course but they gotta do it maybe not all but atleast 90-95 percent of the real life stadiums must be in there sure a duplicate everyone once in awhile... it's the same things for the World Cup you make it to the biggest stage in that game the chance to win it for your country rather its you as a player for your country or a fake character you made cause you like story telling you should get the full experience... they know where the World Cup is going they know where the next 4-6 are going to be played so please for the love of God atleast make it some what believable and make it great... sorry for this long comment but I think any sports fan no matter what gets what I mean when I say we want the full experience please.
As a longtime fan of the FIFA series (since its inception), I have been very disappointed in recent times ever since EA continued to charge full game price for what have been essentially roster updates with minor gameplay changes. On the other side of the coin, FIFA (the organization), is known to be greedy and the rift with EA was apparently due to FIFA's demand for more money, while EA claimed that FIFA as a whole was bringing nothing to the table. If FIFA is smart, it would reach out to KONAMI or another experienced football videogame maker and partner up long-term to compete with EA. Hopefully, the beneficiaries of this are the football gamers.
UFL is basically FUT lmao. PES had the opportunity of the life time to overtake FIFA but they hilariously failed so bad with the efootball mobile game standard crap.
I’ll likely just stick with ea, as much as we bash Ea gameplay, we’ll be a lot more annoyed at anything worse. And I doubt UFL or goals have the budget to create gameplay that’s as good or better than EA. The new Official fifa game may Interest me whenever it comes out so that’s the only one Im looking to give a chance other that EAFC. Though If I hear good things about UFL or goals then I’ll give them, especially if they’re free to play
Yeah agreed. I just wish EA made gameplay consistent so that it feels the same in each game mode and doesn't change depending on the time of day you play
Yeah I suspect I'll stick with EA as well. As much as we bash EA for their greedy practices with regards Microtransactions and the like I have always found their games fun and pretty accessible to play which has always been important to me given my disability. I only play with one hand and I can generally play Fifa on semi pro/pr odifficult ywithout it being too hard and I like that. Also the inclusion of Womens football has been great this year I've enjoyed playing the WSL and Arkema and was delighted to see the US league added so I could play using players like Alex Morgan as well. Considering the other games look like they'll be online only t ostart with they won't likely b eon m yradar yet as I prefer career mode football when playing.
I will play the one that offer career mode/master league offline mode. I'm sick of these card collecting pokemon wannabe that disguise as a football game
Yeah I feel like there is a gap in the market for that. Would be good if one of these games foucsed in that direction but I think generating revenue the online model is much better
Yes, that's what destroyed PES , as you say them stupid pokemon card things, and also the stupid Black ball, silver ball crap too., we're they pick your team, and not you.
Yeah I only really play career mode. I don't pla yonlin emostl ybecause of my disability. Sofor m ea master league/career mode has t obe a must. Thankfully EA' s sports games generally come with them.
I hope any of these game will eventually be available on android and I hope any of these games have the Philippine Football League cuz I want to play tournament mode with United City and play Stephan Schröck's career mode. Also definitely the last one the most threatening since it's a game created by FIFA themselves. Hopefully NBA Live ends too so EA can finally die.

I have a sense that EA will never fail it's fifa players. The other developers can compete but I'm telling you guys they will never win over EA sports never. As we the most buyers and players of Fifa, it is already inbour blood already
@@FUTMentor i am sure Myspace felt the same until Facebook came along! EA have had it so good for so long it makes companies arrogant and complacent. Nice! Im looking forward to these new developers entering the market very interested in FIFA making their own game, since ea have gone stupid with ea fc 24 which Im boycotting.
Easy sub. Played fifa for nearly a decade, stopped playimg because of the scripting. These Euros have fired me up again and looking later this year to get back into one. So this has really helped. P.S have you got an updated video on these our?
eFootball is still my favorite because it plays the best, I'm hoping some of these other titles can bring that PES magic to the gameplay or I won't play them.
I've been waiting 10 years for a game that can replace FIFA's gameplay and career mode. I tried PES but the gameplay was too slow and unresponsive. Imagine a game with similar gameplay to FIFA 17 but better and a career mode of features and tactics without all the scripting and coding bullshit.
Not for the next couple years for sure because EA have been doing this already for the longest time so if anything is going to seriously compete it will take time for them
fifa 23 had its fault but if we objectively compare it to its competitors they are far ahead with their technology and data collection(mainly real world players and gameplay bugs). Sports games usually is a hard space to enter and u have to have the resilience to hold out for long because its not gonna be a easy road. FIFA making a game is gonna be a joke if they are planning to make it from scratch in 2 years or less.
Yeah EA will just keep doing it though because it makes them so much money. I imagine soon we might have a yearly update which needs to be paid for maybe
UFL looks promising.... but more akin to FIFA 07 then anything that will dent EA's fanbase. Goals could be good, but it's a long way off....like a LONG way off.... and FIFA-X is just a fantasy that some bald corrupt FIFA official has because he doesn't realize how much money his organization has just pissed up the wall.... it's equally pathetic and comical.
PES was the biggest rival FIFA had and they never managed to replace FIFA. Altho I enjoyed some of their games alot more than FIFA, the lack of licensing and the the fact that the gameplay in the last PES games felt slow, unresponsive and buggy meant it was never going to rival FIFA in sales. But still it felt refreshing to have a more in depth career mode and different style of gameplay...Then came e-Football and it all went to shit. Bottom line, FIFA/FC or whatever EA wants to call it isn't going anywhere anytime soon. It established too large of a fanbase that they can just reskin the game and sell it to everyone for 70-80 dollars every year over and over again...
if FIFA didn't secure the development duties of Konami or 2K Games, they're gonna fall flat on their face with this new game. EA has YEARS of in-game engines, player scans, and existing digital replicas of hundreds of stadiums moving forward, they're gonna be just fine
I'd like to see an online football game where each player on both teams, is controlled by a different person. It would actually make practicing tactics and positioning vital.
I'll go with the one that has the best/realistic Career Manager Mode.

I thought they’re working with garena Or nexon 💀
Fifa's game will have every licence possible.
EA already do
@@FUTMentor they dont have club world cup which I wanted for years.
This guy is acting like Pro Evolution Soccer Doesn’t exist
Wish you would’ve actually looked at goals gameplay. There literally is tons of alpha gameplay and they have released a whole article detailing their goal for gameplay.
I will make a separate video for that bro 😉
I'll go with the one that is as good as FIFA 14 and no greedy developers.
Very good points, agreed
Bro thinks these new games could win ea sports fifa but forgot their real competitor pes/Efootball
Really though? I don't think PES has threatened EA in any real way for years...
@@sjsharp2007 True, they don't think about people with disabilities or just like playing single player campaigns, they only care about the Zoomer🤑
Exactly. Fuck that garbage ass ultimate team, pay to win gambling simulator. FUCK EA
I don't think UFL or GOALS will be on mobile but FIFA might develop a few different games which one of them could be on mobile
@@FUTMentorSome games like Genshin Impact works on phone, although if they actually make a mobile version of any of these, they'll surely likely require high-end phones.
Let's be real..None of these games will have better gameplay than Konami's eFootball game. Are you completely ignoring it? I wish one of them did though. Would be nice.
I am planning to make a game on eFootball soon, it doesn't really provide much competition to EA because it lacks in areas like menu graphics etc
FIFA career mide reigns supreme, a simple update will shot on these games.
Efootball is till the best football game ever no matter what fifa change in their game i still remain an efootball fan for life
W bro 👏
Yea, but efootball is sucks rn cuz of the ‘F2P’ and ‘CrossPlay’ system
@@serge_yo01english please
2024 finna be wild year for any football fan we have to atleast wait til we c who's better between fifa and ea, but I'm glad getting more options with ufl, fifa, eafc, efootball poetional new fifa l, Goals, total football,
Facts!
I will go with one with cr7 ..doesn't matter whether he is only on the cover
A will go with one that has player career mode with open world
Goals including NFT's instantly makes it a no go for me. It shows that anyone involved is doing it for the cash and quick scammy money rather than making a great football experience for the players.
I won't play a game that doesn't have licensed teams and players.
Agreed
Someone will capitalize on the offline market for sure
I’ll probably go with ufl because I’m not really much of a competitive player or I’ll play the game which has the best manager career mode and has somewhat like ultimate team
Fairs 👏
I have a sense that EA will never fail it's fifa players. The other developers can compete but I'm telling you guys they will never win over EA sports never. As we the most buyers and players of Fifa, it is already inbour blood already
Yeah EA have had a huge advantage of being the first and main game for what feels like forever
@@FUTMentor i am sure Myspace felt the same until Facebook came along! EA have had it so good for so long it makes companies arrogant and complacent. At some point I feel people will leave Fifa behind if they have alternatives. I for one will be moving on, Fifa has become too much of a grind and things like pack weight have been so bad this year as if to direct people to buy points and open packs for a better chance of packing promo players etc. I feel that EA have made the game more revenue driven than ever before at the expensive of creating a game that should be fun and enjoyable.
EA have never made a good football game, PES used to be good years ago, but FIFA has always been sh*te.
EA are and always will be idiots
So how is ufl going to make money? Free to play and no pay system that doesn't seem like a great model.
Yeah it will be quite interesting to see how they will do it, I made a full video on UFL which you might find interesting ruclips.net/video/SzczXe-N9jg/видео.html
Yeah but I feel like the frostbite engine is really hard to replace
bruh frostbite was the biggest fuck up fifa ever had
it was made for FPS games and reworked for fifa
a dedicated football game engine will be miles better
I don’t think any game will replace fifa mainly couse 90% of the pros and popular people are very dedicated to the game
Yeah that is a good point
Fifa needs to bring back FIFA Street. Because they stand no chance against EA FC.
EA tried to do that with VOLTA lol and it failed so bad
@@FUTMentor and that's why FIFA needs to take advantage and focus on a street ball only video game.
When Ufl will be release?
I've not even heard anything on PC gaming 😭😭...will any of these (UFL, FIFA, GOALS) be available on PC?
PLEASE UPVOTE. If any competitor wants to kick EA's butt in a football game, he must do awsome Career mode! Its the base of everything! Only then you can make a kickass online mode like ultimate team.
Yeah it is a shame tbh that all these games are soley focusing on the online mode, I guess that is where the money is which is why but still..
you really need a "de-esser".
the mic picks up a lot of the high frequencies, and it makes the video very hard to watch
Hoping it will have a good online gameplay, something fifa does not have for years FOR ME at least. Can't play fifa online for years because the gameplay is superslowmotion with a good ping/connection (a well known problem without solution for some of us)...
Facts, just need something that is consistent so that it doesn't change depending on what time of day or what mode I play
I just wanna play a cool player career mode with all the international tournaments like euros, copa america, gold cup, afcon, etc. idc if it’s all generic national teams neither
Lmaooooo I hope that’s not the fifa 24 cover
😂
Nice! Im looking forward to these new developers entering the market very interested in FIFA making their own game, since ea have gone stupid with ea fc 24 which Im boycotting.
I’m not boycotting I’m just not going to play cuz it’s shit and fm is better
I will go on with the one that doesn’t mess up the whole damn game at the 90th minute just for me to fucking bottle my goddamn lead
Facts
We needa fifa street mode just like 2K has my park
Yeahh I heard about that I think you can walk around and stuff like that
For a second I thought this guy was Fabrizio Romano 😅
😂
Easy sub. Played fifa for nearly a decade, stopped playimg because of the scripting. These Euros have fired me up again and looking later this year to get back into one. So this has really helped.
P.S have you got an updated video on these our?
FIFA 24 wont exist. I think now they've said FIFA will start their game in 2025. So FIFA won't have a game for 2023/24.
eFootball is still my favorite because it plays the best, I'm hoping some of these other titles can bring that PES magic to the gameplay or I won't play them.
Imagine if PES was to partner with FIFA and they used the FIFA naming rights 👀
I have never spent any money on Fifa 23 and my team is AMAZING!
W, RTG is always the way
Fifa should strike a deal with 2k
Ultimate team is the best thing i ever met in a football game
😂
I've been waiting 10 years for a game that can replace FIFA's gameplay and career mode.
I tried PES but the gameplay was too slow and unresponsive. Imagine a game with similar gameplay to FIFA 17 but better and a career mode of features and tactics without all the scripting and coding bullshit.
That is the dream, hopefully one of these can deliver. UFL is looking most likely
Still nothing will beat the standards of EA sports
Not for the next couple years for sure because EA have been doing this already for the longest time so if anything is going to seriously compete it will take time for them
Your voice is like an AI tour guide
fifa 23 had its fault but if we objectively compare it to its competitors they are far ahead with their technology and data collection(mainly real world players and gameplay bugs). Sports games usually is a hard space to enter and u have to have the resilience to hold out for long because its not gonna be a easy road. FIFA making a game is gonna be a joke if they are planning to make it from scratch in 2 years or less.
Never sleep on Konami...
They have a very solid game, although I don't think the rebrand this year helped them. We will see how they do moving forward
I miss playing offline spending hours playing Be a legend…..
Sports games should stop selling games every year. And just produce updates. But i understand they want money. This is why i mod.
Yeah EA will just keep doing it though because it makes them so much money. I imagine soon we might have a yearly update which needs to be paid for maybe
Free to play is the way
🙌
EA made so many improvements to try and make sure that they don't loose the market.
Nope it's even worse. The BETA was better than this
UFL looks promising.... but more akin to FIFA 07 then anything that will dent EA's fanbase. Goals could be good, but it's a long way off....like a LONG way off.... and FIFA-X is just a fantasy that some bald corrupt FIFA official has because he doesn't realize how much money his organization has just pissed up the wall.... it's equally pathetic and comical.
One more thing. In FIFA, if you spend money the script will be in you favor no matter the cards you have.
I don't care about pay to win, I only care one thing: Is there script in the game like EA does for years?
Facts, I would hope that if they have good ethics such as no pay to win then there will be no DDA or scripting 🤞
This aged like fresh milk in the summer...
if FIFA didn't secure the development duties of Konami or 2K Games, they're gonna fall flat on their face with this new game. EA has YEARS of in-game engines, player scans, and existing digital replicas of hundreds of stadiums moving forward, they're gonna be just fine
I'd like to see an online football game where each player on both teams, is controlled by a different person. It would actually make practicing tactics and positioning vital.
That sound like pro clubs bro
That is pro clubs on FIFA, and that hardly ever works, everyone is a striker.
I’m going ea at the end of the day they’ve kept our interests for 14 years
Manh i love those lyrical lemonade cushion 💙💙
