That looks so good! I guess vegan cheese doesn't turn like real cheeses do if you put the sauce directly on them. That's so good to know! I have serious issues with dairy and have just been avoiding foods made with it but this inspiy me to find some vegan cheeses and make eggplant Parmesan. I grew up eating it but stopped when dairy started making me sick and no pills could help. Thank you
Hope it works for you. Btw nothing is wrong with you not being able to handle dairy .. cows breast milk is meant for baby cows, not humans! 😅 we do terrible things to millions of moms and babies to steal their milk and it's about time we stopped this barbaric practice!
