Blessing is 19 and everything is maxed same stats

Buffs matter a whole lot. The skill is definitely stronger than it should be since aiming at the floor lets all the explosions hit, but you still need all the buffs before it hits 10k+ levels, even if your stat spread matches

You have to aim at the ground and you can’t lock on to the boss to do max damage
