More punk than punk, without being classed as a punk song. A song that says more about a certain student age group and class life on both sides of the tracks- and does it with ironic lyrics, melody and energy. I was a London student of a certain University which had that class mix.

Blew My F**ing Mind. One of the greatest gigs I've seen at the hall. The energy was just fabulous. It was so easy to get swept away with it all on the night. I left the venue grinning like an idiot for a week. Wonderful gig. His voice was a little raw and ragged at points, but on the night it didnt matter. It was just amazing.

I saw them live twice in the 90's. The best gigs I've ever been to. I know I'm a bit biased being a Sheffield lass, but they really were the best gigs.

She has arthritis from when she was just 16 years old... Plus it's her "fault" the song probably even exists - when Jarvis came up with the melody, she was the one, if not the only one, who tried to give it a chance and make something out of it.
