Thankful to Frank Powers for putting this video produced by Marilyn Brown and Myself here on RUclips since all the copies of this video have been basically sold out since the late 1990s. It holds up today 24 years later very well. However I did notice in a number of still photos we used that the standing dogs look longer in the video than the photos do in real life...starting with the photo we used of Sarona Kelb who was I believe already 11 years old in the photo. And happily since that time the quality, popularity, and the numbers of smooth Salukis in the West have continued to grow. Sue Ann Pietros
Smooth, feathered, silky, wirey, doesn't matter, what matter is what dog can stay sound and catch the game 👌stop breeding for looks and keep breeding for function folks
I think he got the speed wrong lol The desert hares are one of the fastest animals in the world running up to 55 mph (88 kph). They can't go on a long-distance run like other species but it's an impressive feat for such small creatures!6 Aug 2021
Thank you for uploading this! I have a smooth saluki .. but her chest is wide ... as is her head with no dome to her head ... she’s blonde with a black tail .... I’m gonna get me a doggie 🧬 DNA kit !!

How many dogs do you need FFS
Really shouldn't push the head of either imperial Highness around like that. The handmaidens are very disrespectful.
