I had tried outpatient for quite a while and they didn't know how to treat the anxiety I was struggling with. They got recommended this place. There was a lot of patients less symptomatic than me there, and I think I'd even be better off going there earlier in the illness than at the point I did. It's a residential place, so it's very low-key and not at all for high risk patients. It was very helpful to have a place to practice new ways of living. I don't think inpatient is always the answer though, but because the alternative wasn't working, it was needed, yes.
Oh i know this is over now but i wish you all the strength you need and help you need!
Thank you though! Still need it
you're beautiful and brave ❤️ thanks for sharing this vlog 💪
Thank you, that's sweet ❤️
How are you recording just asking bc i didn't think u were allowed to have ur phone ?
7:21: Noen som banket på døra? Skvetter og stresser alltid av banking på slike steder
Jupp, jeg tenkte "opsies, tenk om de hørte meg!"
Can we all record our experiences while being there
Where was this residential program at?
It's in Norway
If you constantly have thoughts and visions of suiside is this where you go ??
No. This is anxiety treatment for low-risk patients. If you have thoughts and a plan you go to the psych ward. Hugs
Hvis du vil prøve ridning der så tror jeg at det går, har rid der en god del før❤️ tror det er for folk som er innlagt der🥰anbefales!
Ja, det gikk ikke an pga korona dessverre :( Takk for tips
Håper du får det bedre
Takk
Did you honestly need inpatient?

How can u use the phone
It's a residential hospital, you're allowed all your possessions in your room except private medication
How are you recording just asking bc i didn't think u were allowed to have ur phone ?
It's a residential hospital and open ward, so we are fully allowed phones and all our other belongings, except medication :)
