But unlike Dick Dastardly, Oil Can Harry doesn't have henchman or sidekick in this cartoon. That henchman or sidekick was Swifty. Swifty did appear in this episode not as Harry's sidekick or henchman in the car with him, but as the checkered flag waver, a very brief and almost unnoticable appearance. There were episodes of TNAOMM in which Swifty did not appear with Harry. But in most episodes he did and unlike Dastardly's dog, Muttley, Swifty was a complete idiot, but very loyal to his evil boss.
