yea, basically to plug-ins, one for guitar and one for amp, so the amp one can sense the plug in the guitar and make the sounds while you do guitar swings and spins
i love saosin's guitar playing personally, their drummers what does it for me though, you can find good guitarists today but you have to know where to look
ohh ok so thats a different thing. i never knew they made something like that. the one that i have theres a plug that you plug into the amp and there's a thing that is like a walkie talkie that has a cable and you hook the walkie talkie thing on your belt or whatever and plug the cable into your guitar.
The wireless transmitter is taped tightly onto the strap. These guys use the dimarzio clip lok straps which keep them safe in place. Although to be honest i'd recommend using proper strap locks (schallers are the best) on such a heavy guitar. specially if you're gonna try shit like this. Oh yeah and i'd recommend picking up some sort of religion and praying to whoever you wish that you don't a)break your face b)break the guitar :)
bibilbatera>>>> i have, this year at warped tour KC, they were REALLY GOOD. Both the guitarists and the lead singer did a backflip at the same time, a literal backflip, three at once. really good!!!
@ultimatedude i did a bass spin, its scary thinking about doing it but it feels amazing once you do it. i wanna spin it all the time now but i know with my luck the lock strap will break some how.....
that major fucking props i can bearly do one, because i have a les paul and they are heavy as fuck to do a spin, but 3 spins with a les paul? holy fucking shit
well im not really sure it waht i said is waht they use, i just heard from frnds that they have stuff liek those nowadays, so thats just what i THINK they use
Imagine If he dropped that. I know he has straplocks and A wireless but Imagine dropping a les paul custom during a song. Ouchh. Thats fxcking SICK though. XD
Sorry about the comment that is on one of the previous pages. My brother was using my account. I personally know they use wireless systems also, yet my lil bro doesn't. My apologies.
Omg his body language perfectly matches the drums, awesome!
RIGHT? catches it right on time. Had to come back to see this gem and you stole the words out of my mouth!
I just love how he treats that Les Paul like it's a god damn Fender
SICK! i love how ho does it then starts playing as soon as he catches it :D
He was a good guitar... he will be missed :'(
saosin makes me fall inlove with a les paul guitar..
its a new device called bug i think
its a wireless plug in that connects
to the amp so you can swing or what ever
since there wont be a cable
yea, basically to plug-ins, one for guitar
and one for amp, so the amp one can sense the plug in the guitar and make the sounds
while you do guitar swings and spins
one word to describe this : AMAZING!!
i tried this once
my '67 les paul is now in heaven
@Emceetem Well, he's signed to Capitol Records, and they don't normally sign bad bands.
basically like a bluetooth device, so to speak, that plugs into the guitar, and relays the guitar sound to the amp...
Wireless system, usually you tape the body pack to the strap so it doesnt catch as you are supposed to clip it to your waist.
he has that so well timed!!!
@PurpleBlueFantasy Just look up Saosin - They Perch on Their Stilts. It's pretty hard to miss, haha.
justin is insane.
@Captiancocaine
Most likely is gaffer tape on the transmitter
It us a musicians duct tape
Leaves no marks from adhesive
@anutoldlegend89 a gibson les paul typically weighs about 15 lbs
i love saosin's guitar playing personally, their drummers what does it for me though, you can find good guitarists today but you have to know where to look
he has a wireless radio transmitter
justin uses a gibson les paul custom in this video.
because they are.
Can't link it but it's toward the middle of a SaoTv episode.. think it's 13.

Translating the Name.

his shoulder must have the biggest friction burns! =]
A true eye candy...
I usually hate when guitarists do spins, but that was actually fucking awesome.
Saospin
its on beat too. when he catches it
i agree its cool.
I've seen people do it with cables... but only one spin. Three and it might get caught onto something.
ohh ok so thats a different thing. i never knew they made something like that.
the one that i have theres a plug that you plug into the amp and there's a thing that is like a walkie talkie that has a cable and you hook the walkie talkie thing on your belt or whatever and plug the cable into your guitar.
no not a special strap just strap locks.(but dont go too thick on the strap)
wow thats a awsome stage move. And he does it 3 in a row :)
I'm pretty sure it's Translating The Name.
i fucking love his attitude when he spins his guitar !
haha idk how you got thumbs down man....i'll give you a thumbs up =]
damn...he timed that perfectly
all anyone ever talks about is the difference between the 2 singers
anthony is gone, this is what they sound like now
get over it
@Emceetem The way I see it, the level of skill isn't always as important if they sound great with their band.
The wireless transmitter is taped tightly onto the strap. These guys use the dimarzio clip lok straps which keep them safe in place. Although to be honest i'd recommend using proper strap locks (schallers are the best) on such a heavy guitar. specially if you're gonna try shit like this.

hmmm if I try this with my bass, something is bound to go wrong
i play bass, and i can flip it, but i am like 6 foot something, but it is possible, just dont do it in a small venue or around ppl you dont wanna hit
shredding will return!
bibilbatera>>>>

ryan and phil only do single guitar tosses though, so justin has got them beat in that area. however, soty still does those killer ninja kick flips =]
i think i'm responsible for about 200 of these views...this video is amazing
@ultimatedude
i did a bass spin, its scary thinking about doing it but it feels amazing once you do it. i wanna spin it all the time now but i know with my luck the lock strap will break some how.....

it'd be too hard to do it with a any SG because the back strap button would make it tip sideways

Saosin members say he left.
But, in an interview it's said Anthony was kicked out for the way he acted.
Apparently he always got himself into trouble.
