    This was a really good video man! I thoroughly enjoyed the way you spoke about the geckos with a mixture of love and appreciation towards the animals while staying really informative. I you want some feedback, honestly there is nothing i can say to put hate on your videos they are bloody good the camera is a beautiful must, the script (if there is one) is great! the audio is fantastic basically the entire thing is of a higher quality of most other reptile channels that i have found no disrespect to other channels at all. For the love of God you better keep putting the out takes at the end as they are a nice little touch.
    Keep up the good work!

Hope it helped!

      @@AKbar-xf6ge If you have a happy one it will never bite, its only the angry ones that bite, and its very rare to get an angry one XD and if you're working with children you wont be giving them angry ones anyway so you'll be fine! I used to do snake handling for young children usually aged 2-14 and i usually used the same snake every time because it was trustworthy! Just make sure to always handle them for a minute or so before giving it to a child just to see its mood as they can change due to travel and such ^^

    I'm researching like hell for getting one of these geckos. I had one as a young teen and my father didn't research care for him, rough-handled him, and generally just followed whatever the petstore said (he was a rescue we got from a breeder but we got his enclosure and food from a pet store) and I was too young to know any better. I loved him so much and I want to make sure when I do purchase one again I know how to take care of it properly so it lives a long and happy life

And so far it has been an absolute delight. He's growing quite well at this point and I'm happy to say I think he trusts me. He also enjoys the occasional micro cricket or meal worm as well as a diet of Pangea-With-insects and Pangea Watermelon flavor, as well as Repashy gecko diet with mango. He's such a little marvel. I own a little crestie named Dio that I bought (on impulse) from my work (a petstore) and I turned another of my coworkers into a bit of a crestie addict. (He now has three) I absolutely adore Dio's little splats, and the fact he will lunge into his food dish and make little feet art all over his tank... Crested geckos in general are probably one of my favorites because they're so derpy and fairly easy to maintain. I always, always recommend them to people just starting with reptiles, and have referred to your crested gecko videos for care and other information. Thank you for all your hard work and all of the information.

    Can't wait to see the crested gecko enclosure video!! Your videos are amazing and I was wondering what size tank a crested gecko/gargoyle gecko needs at minimum 😊

    • @ClintsReptiles
      @ClintsReptiles  7 лет назад +2

      If you ask most breeders, they will say that a vertically oriented 10 gallon (like the exo terra or zoomed 12x12x18) is sufficient for a crested gecko. Bigger is, undeniably, better. Many people who keep just a few prefer a 20 gallon high tank as a minimum size. If I were you I wouldn't ask "what is the least I can provide", but "what is the most I can provide". More to come on this when our video is released :)

    • @gregsmegkregtv1459
      @gregsmegkregtv1459 7 лет назад +1

      Clint's Reptiles I'm confused, you said people who keep just a few prefer a 20 gallon. Does that mean people keep a few in a 20 gallon? And what size do you recommend for 1 adult? And thanks, also sorry for all the questions I get confused easily 😂

    • @ClintsReptiles
      @ClintsReptiles  7 лет назад +1

      Good question. I mean they keep one gecko per 20 gallon. That can be hard to do if you have, say, 200 crested geckos. But if you have 6 it is not unreasonable. I would only recommend housing them together when breeding.

    Thank you for providing this material for people interested in purchasing a pet reptile. I've been interested in the geckos but also ball pythons, red/white eyed crock skinks, and large leachians. The latter probably when they are more affordable or I save up enough for one but reptiles are adorable. Anyway cannot wait to see more reptile video's you produce!
