If you’re looking in the Middle Tennessee area I would also check out Franklin! It’s 30 minutes south of Nashville. Such a cute town and very family friendly with great school zones.

People are very likely to call there baby what they think it's going to be. It not necessarily that they know. They might but they also might not. I call my future child a she all the time I'm not pregnant or planning on it.

There are so many people moving here to Tennessee! Alot from california. I've lived in franklin pretty much my whole life. It's a great place to raise kids. I will say I wish we had a beach and constant warm weather though😅
