The Acolyte action scenes are vastly superior to 97% of Star Wars live action content. It has its issues with the story (so does every live action Star Wars content piece) but I'd absolutely watch a 2nd season.
You have a very logic approach to this discussion. The biggest question is will the new market you are talking about watch it or ignore it? If they ignore it and only the older fans hate it, it will only have one season. I am an older fan who still likes it and it is disheartening to see all the hate online as politics should have nothing to do with a show being good or not. I agree the fight chorography was outstanding equaling the best Star Wars has to offer.
If they don’t watch it then it’s just genuinely worthy of continuing imo. There’s plenty of shows that just flopped because they were very good. It’s just said that you almost never get people being able to tell you why something is just bad and it’s always made political or their fandom is just too strong.
