An expansive side-quest involving fellow survivor Hank has been added to the game, complete with a secret ending! This series of steps takes our protagonist through brand-new areas filled with plenty of monsters, items, and dense story elements.
Fully healing Hank will grant you the "Healer" achievement. If you do it without firing your gun a single time up until that point, you will also receive the "Pure Angel" achievement. The ENTIRE game (even the Subway Gauntlet) is beatable without using the gun if you are careful and have patience.

After the first Hank cutscene i missed the subway ticket, i thought i missed my chance to get in the subway. But after the second cutscene, it appeared again, so you can always get it again if you missed it the first time.
Also the subway on pacifist is definitely doable, it requires timing and patience tho

Ok. i did it. Not as difficult as it initially seemed.

But I still didn’t get the achievement, because there was a bug with the pistol in Chi’s room: the main character shoots the gun when closing the dialog window. Awesome.
