Ok. i did it. Not as difficult as it initially seemed.

But I still didn’t get the achievement, because there was a bug with the pistol in Chi’s room: the main character shoots the gun when closing the dialog window. Awesome.

Once mother chases you through the basement, then that's it. No more basement access for you!

That could be the case. I always thought a green ending needed to be obtained first simply because, storywise, the white ending acts as a sort of "epilogue" to the events of the green ending. But any ending might also work; haven't really tested it.

@@infinitybound7218 I tested a lot on the older versions since I'm the last active speedrunner for this title. I'm thankful to you since I learned a few things about the SuperLS version thanks to your videos. I want to do a speedrun of this version for the Switch which came recently since I didn't got the stream version. I'm still testing stuff and routes and figuring new things out, specifically the bare minimum for the White Ending on this version.

@@infinitybound7218 Hi, I confirmed that you can get White Ending after finishing the game on any Ending same as the old version, I got World Record for every Ending now except the White Ending, I'll be working on it. There's a category for Hank% and Ultimate Dish%, so I may try those and your guides were helpful.

Maybe sometime in the future. I had to play through SLS many times to attempt to solve the new achievements, so I got a little burned out from it.

Yeah, kind of weird they put it there while stuff like the endings is still the same...

I wish there was a modding scene for the game. It would be cool to see what the community could do with the game.

Correct. SLS is upscaled to a 4:3 presentation though, so I wanted to compile the updated endings together (plus the addition of the new scene after beating the game).

I was able to get past them just by using the hiding spots, though the timing is tricky. You can also aggro them and run away to pull them in slightly different walking patterns.

@@infinitybound7218 Yeah but to activate the tendons, i guess they'll enventually catch up, and then there's no way out. I suppose you could just take the health tonic and leave, but then no nightmare sequence for you. I don't know the effect of this scene (positive or negative karma), but i'm guessing if it's not made available without firing a shot, maybe it's rather bad for karma (and thus skippable)

@@Flak_Jacket It is still possible to complete it without firing a shot, since that tonic is required to fully heal Hank and get the Pure Angel achievement (and you also can't leave the sequence once you've entered). It seems to me like the headless thinmen allow you to get closer than normal ones without aggroing, even when they face you. I got through this area without shooting the gun just by timing hiding spots and being really patient with their movement patterns. You also need to tank the damage from some of the crawlers near the tendons. There's luck involved for sure, but it's definitely possible.
