The real change in 30 years is that all the young lads and ladies are gone or going away from farming, Modern machines can do a lot very efficiently but you still need someone to drive them!

This the same farm as last video from years ago? See they still like sticking a little Deere on the pit with a farm master....things have improved markedly though!
